Patients consistently report severe difficulties accessing the practice through multiple channels. Telephone contact presents the most significant barrier, with callers experiencing extended waits often exceeding one to two hours, frequent call disconnections, and unresponsive lines where phones ring unanswered. Appointment availability remains critically constrained, with many patients unable to secure same-day or timely slots despite advance notice, and booking processes limited to specific weekdays during restricted morning hours.
Reception experience emerges as a major concern, with patients describing dismissive attitudes, lack of courtesy, and administrative inefficiency. Prescription processing delays are widespread, with requests taking weeks to process despite advance submission. While some clinical staff are noted as compassionate and professional, administrative failures—including lost documentation, incorrect information provision, and poor communication—undermine confidence in the service. A small number of patients report positive experiences with helpful reception staff and supportive clinical care, though these accounts are substantially outweighed by negative feedback.
Patients express frustration that despite the practice's clinical competence in consultations, systemic operational breakdowns in access, communication, and administrative processes create barriers to receiving care. The combination of unresponsive phone systems, limited appointment availability, and reception staff displaying dismissive attitudes has led multiple patients to seek alternative healthcare providers.

Bad!
Terrible service and unprofessional staff at cafe
Huddled in the back area, staff were engrossed in conversation and tea, seemingly indifferent to incoming calls. They'd either abruptly end calls or let the phone ring unanswered. Should you actually connect, prepare for a dismissive and unwelcoming reception.

Terrible doctor missed serious health concerns completely
Getting an appointment here is incredibly challenging. Dr. Isabel was dismissive and unhelpful during my first visit, basically telling me I was overreacting about period pain. I later saw Dr. Bret, who was compassionate and understanding. Now I'm being investigated for endometriosis, which might have been caught earlier if Dr. Isabel had actually listened to me. The nurse Nicola is absolutely fantastic - she recognized I was struggling emotionally and went above and beyond, even calling an ambulance and staying with me, transferring her patients to other nurses. The urgent care doctor and other nurses were also incredibly supportive. Some medical staff have genuinely helped my mental health by listening and prescribing medication, though a few suggested I was fabricating my symptoms. The receptionists are hit-or-miss - one is particularly rude with a terrible attitude. On a Monday, I walked in concerned about an infected belly piercing and requested an emergency appointment. They scheduled me for a Thursday afternoon telephone consultation, by which time it was too late to save the piercing. The communication and responsiveness here are frustratingly inconsistent.

Terrible customer service with endless phone wait
On hold for more than ten minutes as caller 18, I inexplicably become caller 22 without any progress. The phone lines are completely unresponsive, and it's utterly unacceptable how calls are seemingly abandoned and ignored.

Terrible service puts patients health at risk
Completely unacceptable management, I showed up for my scheduled 10:30 appointment only to discover they never actually confirmed it and are now telling me to return on April 13th. As a result, I'm currently in the process of transferring to a different medical practice. This poorly organized clinic desperately needs to improve their administrative procedures before their incompetence potentially leads to a serious medical oversight or patient risk.

Frustrating wait for pediatric health concerns
I endured a wait exceeding sixty minutes, despite having a pre-arranged appointment set just the previous day for a precise time. Ultimately, I learned that my daughter's overall health is good, yet she is experiencing difficulties with swallowing, has a noticeably swollen lymph node, and her throat appears inflamed.

Endless waiting and broken promises frustrate customer
I've been stuck in limbo for more than a quarter of a year, just trying to get a straightforward document processed. Every time I reach out, I'm given the runaround—told that the responsible staff member is absent and promises are made to follow up. Yet here I am, still hanging and waiting with no resolution in sight.

Worst product ever disappointing and useless
Total disaster from start to finish. Everything about this experience was disorganized, poorly managed, and utterly frustrating. Nothing worked as it should, and the whole thing was a complete mess.

Unhelpful clinic fails patient with disability needs
Absolutely dreadful experience at the clinic. I scheduled an appointment hoping my doctor could recommend a disability specialist, but upon arrival, they claimed the NHS doesn't support disability services. What complete nonsense! It's well-known that they do cover disabilities; they're just completely uninterested in helping. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely 😡😡

Frustrating service with zero accessibility
Completely useless and frustrating. Scheduling a screening seems impossible with zero available time slots. Whatever happened to straightforward, efficient service? During work hours, attempting to contact them is futile - their phone lines are perpetually unresponsive. It's infuriating to pay for a service that's essentially inaccessible. What's the point of contributing to something you can never actually utilize? Absolute waste of time and money. End of complaint!!

Bad!
Worst medical service ever painful and time-consuming
I'm utterly shocked by the appalling service of this medical practice. Getting through to them is practically impossible, with wait times exceeding an hour just to be left unanswered. The endless cycle of waiting for return calls, only to miss them despite being glued to your phone, is incredibly maddening. While the last physician I encountered was genuinely compassionate, attempting to reconnect with her feels like an insurmountable challenge. This situation demands immediate and drastic intervention! The ultimate irony? They had the audacity to send me a letter requesting a consultation. Fat chance of that happening given their current communication disaster.

Terrible medical practice with zero customer service
This medical practice is a complete farce. I tried calling them and they're completely unresponsive. I was stuck first in line for more than an hour, and their service is so abysmal that they don't even merit a single star rating. Their performance is utterly reprehensible.

Worst medical office with terrible phone service
It's incredibly frustrating attempting to contact the medical staff. I've been tied up on the telephone for an hour and a half, and they've been letting calls go unanswered, repeatedly placing me on hold. When I finally went to their office in person, they were just sitting there, allowing the phones to ring continuously without responding.

Worst emergency appointment ever with sick baby
Desperately sought an urgent morning appointment for my poorly year-old son after 111's advice, initially directed to Markham surgery. Upon arrival, I was redirected to Bryntirion, where we were supposedly checked in and told to wait. With a 9.40am booking and a sick, non-verbal child running a high temperature, we endured an increasingly frustrating wait - first thirty minutes, then an hour, then two. My partner even had to bring a bottle for the baby's feeding time. The waiting room was packed with visibly frustrated patients, apparently due to system issues. While I understand technical problems occur, making my son wait until 1.30pm is completely unacceptable and borders on negligent. Staff continuously brushed us off, claiming uncertainty about our scheduling and suggesting we weren't a priority. I firmly believe my sick child should have been prioritized over patients seeking routine blood results. The front desk service was shockingly unprofessional, displaying a dismissive "not my problem" attitude. Dr Wells, who finally saw us after nearly four hours, offered no apology, showed zero compassion, and simply handed me a stack of impersonal leaflets. Absolutely no effort was made to genuinely address my concerns or provide meaningful guidance for home care. After waiting four exhausting hours, I received information I could have easily found online. An absolutely terrible experience that represents a complete failure of basic healthcare standards.
