Blood details handled poorly , done never came back at all , an other fave no specific details . Push pulls before u distancing diagnosis properly . No mention of holistic approaches , only pills . Can’t cope with appointments timely . Done focus amazingly get away with only working a three day week there . Nice modern surgery , but soiled by the lethargy and not fit for purpose traits , that infect the rest of the NHS

I am very grateful to the team at the medical practice who, through their thorough approach to referrals, identified a condition in my son that may otherwise have been missed and ensured he received timely specialist care. Quick phone answer and helpful reception staff
When I called, I didn't experience a lengthy wait. The person who answered was remarkably helpful and patient with me. I felt grateful to be offered an available appointment slot. I have attended appointments with a nurse practitioner, and two doctors. Each of them demonstrated patience, compassion and understanding, and provided valuable guidance regarding my ongoing healthcare management. I appreciate their support. The pharmacy staff member I spoke with was also patient and handled my information with appropriate discretion. Overall, I would strongly recommend this medical practice. The local community is fortunate to have this service available in the rural area.

Reception staff persisted with missing results
A member of the reception team has demonstrated excellent dedication during a period of staffing challenges. When some medical results went missing from a hospital, this staff member persisted in following up the matter. Through several rounds of communication, the hospital eventually located the correct documentation and forwarded it to the practice. Their determination to resolve the issue was much appreciated and reflects well on the practice.

Reception staff ignored us at the desk
The conduct displayed by staff members was quite disappointing. Upon arriving for an appointment, the reception area appeared unmanned. A bell for requesting assistance had been obscured behind a display unit. Whilst waiting, audible conversation and laughter could be heard from within the offices. A staff member passed through the area between rooms without acknowledging those present. After some time, another patient drew attention to the bell location; by then, a queue of four people had formed due to the self-check-in system being out of service. When a member of staff eventually emerged, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, with a tone suggesting our presence was an inconvenience.

Frustrating processes and constant doctor changes
It appears my previous review did not post, so I am writing again. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The processes in place seem poorly organised, resulting in a disappointing service experience. There appears to be significant staff turnover, and I found the clinical assessments did not meet my expectations. Over the six years I attended, I felt I had to take matters into my own hands regarding my healthcare. I believe the practice warrants closer scrutiny.
