This establishment is an absolute mockery. Even a mockery would at least provide some humor. Without a doubt, this is among the most abysmal healthcare facilities in the Berkshires, not just in terms of medical staff, but as a place that could universally be condemned as worse than the depths of despair. From the condescending, unkempt, and pompous front desk personnel to the incompetent, indifferent, and utterly clueless physicians who seemingly scraped the bottom of their medical school class. This place has descended into total irrelevance and will drag you down with it. Steer clear at all costs. Avoiding this facility might literally be a life-saving decision, compared to seeking help from an institution that demonstrates zero genuine concern for patient welfare. Seriously, seek out alternative medical care. These individuals couldn't care less about your well-being, and they make absolutely no effort to conceal their complete apathy.

They repeatedly promise to return our call, yet hours have dragged by with no response. The entire morning and part of the afternoon have passed without any communication. We remain completely uncertain about our next steps. Around 4:00 pm, we call again, and finally they contact us before 5:00, but the entire experience feels utterly unacceptable. I'm seriously considering showing up at their location to demand answers. This situation demands a strong protest, and I'm convinced our family isn't the only one experiencing such frustrating treatment. The whole ordeal is incredibly distressing and unacceptable.

Specifically, my 101-year-old mother was seriously ill with the flu, yet no doctor felt compelled to personally examine her condition - we were essentially left to manage on our own. After persistent requests, we finally secured a doctor's visit, who initially assessed her as not critically unwell. However, her health rapidly deteriorated, prompting another call to the surgery where we were informed she was entering 'end of life' stages. This was supposedly meant to trigger additional support for her care. Disappointingly, it took a full week after that communication before any support materialized, and we only received assistance for two days before her passing. Ultimately, I'm deeply skeptical about how this medical practice evaluates its performance - in our experience, their care fell drastically short, and we endured seven weeks of absolute anguish from her flu onset until her death.
