Terrible service and no support for existing patients

What's the use of claiming you're accepting new patients when you can't even accommodate your long-time patients? I've been with this medical practice since childhood, and it has seriously deteriorated. Nobody seems interested in listening to my situation. As a single mother with a 7-month-old, I have no one to watch her, so I can't just spend endless hours in the emergency room. If I contact 111, I'll likely be directed to A&E or a walk-in center, where I'll again have to wait for hours with my infant while feeling unwell. The receptionists never truly hear you out; they immediately respond with "no appointments available" and suggest calling 111 or visiting a walk-in clinic. It's absolutely ridiculous! Stop admitting new patients and instead concentrate on providing better care and priority to your existing patients. This is precisely why I avoid calling the doctors - I can never get the assistance I need and cannot depend on them to help me when it matters.

It feels like they're actively avoiding patient interaction and deliberately deflecting you to alternative resources.

From July 20th, 2024, I've been utterly frustrated by my inability to consult a doctor or reach anyone at the practice. I attempted their new online service through a provided link, but it was completely futile. The reception staff were shockingly discourteous. I'm experiencing severe kidney pain and unbearable back discomfort, and my overall health is rapidly deteriorating. The only responses I receive are dismissive suggestions to call 111, visit a website, or essentially prepare for the worst. I'm left feeling that divine intervention is my only hope for healing. Despite everything, I reluctantly offer my thanks.
