For over three days, I've been attempting to reach them, enduring excruciating hold times exceeding two hours each attempt. Frustratingly, I've had to abandon these calls to attend to my work commitments, leaving me still in agony and without any prospect of securing an appointment. Update: After finally managing to book an appointment and patiently enduring a six-week wait, I arrived only to be informed by the utterly incompetent front desk staff that my appointment had been cancelled. These medically unqualified individuals took it upon themselves to determine that my chronic condition, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), wasn't significant enough to warrant a doctor's attention. Their solution? Rebook for another six-week wait. Now, five months have elapsed, and I'm still without medical attention, grappling with intense pain and a shoulder that dislocates thrice weekly. I remain unable to obtain stronger pain relief due to not having seen a doctor. The receptionist's brilliant suggestion? Physical therapy for a shoulder I can barely move without excruciating pain. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I have had nothing but problems for the last 2 years here with problems ranging from inability to get in touch with them, terrible timescales for an appointment, advised to take too much medication and being given a prescription for double the required. Fed up is an understatement and as soon as I am through my current situation I will be changing practice.
