Missed appointment due to ignored phone preferences

Would give zero stars if possible, as I have been disappointed once more by poor service. I called on Tuesday expecting to receive an appointment confirmation for a routine health check. When the call did not come through, I reviewed my missed calls and found yet another call from a withheld number. Later that day, I missed a call from the practice even though I had specifically mentioned during my Tuesday call that my mobile cannot receive calls from private numbers and requested they use my landline instead. Despite this clear instruction, they called my mobile today, which meant I missed my appointment. This recurring issue is extremely frustrating, and I feel the standard of care has fallen short. I believe it would be beneficial if the practice returned to in-person consultations to ensure a more reliable service.

Reception staff unhelpful when booking appointments

If I were anyone else, I would not consider registering with this practice. The process for obtaining an appointment to see a doctor feels inadequate. I have been attempting to secure a consultation for several days now, and on each occasion the doctors have been fully booked with no alternative support offered. I trust that someone at the practice will read this feedback, as I believe the situation requires urgent attention. Additionally, I found the reception staff to be unhelpful at times and felt that appointment prioritisation could be improved.

Impossible to reach by phone for appointments

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I have been attempting to secure an appointment over the past several days, but the phone lines appear to be consistently unmanned. On the last couple of occasions, I have attended an urgent care centre instead as I was unable to make contact. It appears this practice has expanded beyond its current capacity to manage demand effectively.

Doctor didn't examine what was asked about

Attended an appointment with my young infant and requested an examination of the mouth area due to concerning appearance of the gums. The clinician did not perform a physical examination and provided reassurance without investigating the concern. I felt frustrated as no assessment had been carried out to support this conclusion.
