Terrible service and rude staff at medical clinic

I went to see my doctor yesterday who suggested a test. When I approached the Asian female receptionist, she promised to send me a booking link via message. However, she never sent anything, and now they're completely unresponsive to my calls. During our phone conversation, she even yelled at me. This is absolutely the most unprofessional service, and they definitely deserve a zero-star rating for their terrible staff behavior.

Unprofessional receptionist ruins patient communication experience

I am formally bringing to your attention a service issue that occurred on August 1st, 2025, at around 3:15 PM during my interaction with your reception staff. When I called to obtain a GP contact number, the receptionist initially attempted to provide the information, but her voice was extremely low and unclear. Wanting to ensure accuracy, I courteously requested her to repeat the number multiple times. Rather than responding with understanding, she became agitated and began speaking loudly, accusing me of being unnecessarily repetitive. Upon challenging her aggressive tone, she defensively stated that her raised volume was a direct result of my repeated requests. I carefully explained that my multiple requests stemmed from genuine difficulty in hearing her clearly, and I reminded her that professional customer service requires patience and clear communication with callers.

Frustrating reception experience with unhelpful staff

The receptionist today seems completely clueless about her job. She called me back and informed me that no appointments are available, so I'll be placed on hold and returned to the queue, or I can book online. I explained that I had already tried booking 20 minutes earlier with no success. She then mentioned I needed to book at 7:40am, to which I responded that time had already passed. She casually suggested booking for tomorrow. Her communication skills are incredibly poor. She should have simply stated upfront that no appointments were left for today and recommended trying again tomorrow. Instead, she wasted my time and created unnecessary confusion.

Summary of recent interactions: I. 4th July, 10:30 AM – Completed a 15-minute Diabetes Mellitus review. II. 11:15 AM – At the reception, Miss Samarah {cordial and helpful}, I requested either a telephone or face-to-face consultation to discuss additional tests and potential referral. III. 12:59 PM – Received a confirmation call from Miss Samarah regarding a same-day, in-person consultation with Dr. Devi. IV. 2:50 PM – Consulted Dr. Devi, who delivered comprehensive and highly professional care. Additional tests were scheduled, medication adjusted, and a referral processed, excellent work. V. 4:29 PM – Obtained a copy of the referral letter and confirmation of a hospital appointment for 9th August 2025. In under 3 hours, all necessary steps were completed, including the referral process—truly outstanding service. Heartless medical staff ignored my critical emergency

An absolute nightmare from start to finish! I reached out early in the morning during a critical health crisis, and their response was utterly unacceptable. After being left hanging on the phone for two endless hours, the representative callously informed me that no appointments were available. Can you imagine being told that after wasting so much of my time? Desperate, I physically went to their office and pleaded my case, emphasizing the urgent nature of my situation. The staff member displayed zero compassion and flatly refused to help me. Their complete lack of humanity is shocking. What kind of medical professionals behave this way? The level of indifference is beyond comprehension. They've demonstrated zero concern for patient well-being or human suffering. Completely devastating and unforgivable.
