Despite emphasizing her serious illness and urgent need for medical attention, they refused to book anything due to fully booked schedules. I attempted to call at 8:30 AM for an appointment. By 8:33 AM, I was informed that all slots were taken. Apparently, you can wait in a queue starting from number 30 and expect to wait over an hour. The receptionist simply stated that the doctor's appointments were fully booked and advised me to call back at 8:30 AM the next day. This approach is completely unhelpful and provides no resolution to my medical concern.

Worst doctor ever terrible experience with surgical team
I'd give zero stars if that were an option This surgical procedure is a complete farce. My son and partner attended their consultation, and the physician—Dr. Mital or something similar—was incredibly discourteous and brusque. Her behavior made me seriously reconsider proceeding with the surgery. She is an absolute embarrassment both as a medical professional and a human being! STEER CLEAR OF HER WITHOUT QUESTION! Her conduct is so offensive that I wish she weren't even practicing medicine!!!
