Staff make the journey worthwhile for me
I consistently receive excellent care when visiting the main practice and the branch location. The team members are outstanding and despite having relocated and needing to travel by public transport to attend appointments, I remain committed to continuing with this practice rather than switching to a more local alternative. Dismissed concerns and poor listening skills
I found the appointment quite disappointing. The clinician appeared disengaged and seemed to rely heavily on online searches rather than providing direct assessment.
