Friendly receptionists made booking straightforward

Excellent surgery. We have all transferred from another practice to here. I like the traditional feel of the place, which has a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. The reception team provides personal service with polite and professional conduct, and they are equally competent in their roles. It is straightforward to get matters resolved, and all staff members, including clinical and support personnel, are excellent. They are a credit to the NHS.

The entire team, including those at the front desk, are outstanding. They have provided care for both myself and my spouse over the past year and a half. They are attentive, communicative, and take appropriate steps when needed. I would strongly encourage others to consider this practice.

Excellent practice. The clinical team and all staff members are truly wonderful, with no concerns at all. As my spouse and I are relatively new patients here, everyone has been exceptionally welcoming. While it is still early in our time with the practice, we have both been pleasantly impressed by the experience. Keep up the excellent work!

Difficulty securing preferred appointment times It may be worth requesting an afternoon slot if you are hoping to be seen in the morning, as morning availability appears limited when requested directly. The overall experience with appointment scheduling feels frustrating.
