Frustrating prescription nightmare at local gp clinic

I initiated an online prescription request a fortnight ago and visited my general practitioner's office four separate times, yet I still haven't successfully obtained my medication. During the first two attempts, they claimed their computer system was malfunctioning. The third visit, they simply neglected to print the prescription, and on the final occasion, they printed an incorrect prescription.

Worst medical practice ever frustrating and unprofessional

Utterly abysmal service from GP's office. They consistently run behind schedule, keeping patients waiting endlessly, yet they have the audacity to reject you if you arrive just 5 minutes late and force you to reschedule. Their double standards and inconsistent approach are completely unacceptable.

Terrible service and shocking racist attitude

The reception staff here are incredibly discourteous, with the woman wearing glasses being particularly unwelcoming. Even before meeting the doctor, I'm seriously considering finding a new general practitioner. Compared to my previous medical practice in Telford, where the staff were warm and helpful, this experience has been terrible. I've attempted to schedule appointments three times, but they consistently refuse, unlike my previous practice which would offer slots within a week. What's worse, I overheard the receptionists making deeply offensive racist comments about Indian people, suggesting they need to be "kept in check." Their discriminatory attitude is appalling. At this point, I'm skeptical I'll ever successfully secure an appointment if I continue with this healthcare centre.
