Awful primary care provider. The front desk staff lacks professionalism, and Dr. Khan demonstrates poor medical practice, consistently dismissive and unresponsive to patient concerns. It seems inevitable that professional oversight committees will eventually need to address these issues.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

Recommendation: AVOID REGISTERING with this medical practice. Details: During my visit to the clinic, I approached the receptionist to have my blood pressure measured. She took a reading once, which was elevated, so I waited 30 minutes for a recheck. Unfortunately, the BP remained high. I requested to speak with a doctor, but the receptionist flatly denied my request, insisting I must schedule a formal appointment. When I did catch a glimpse of the doctor, he was standing near the reception area, casually chatting and laughing with the staff. Despite the doctor appearing to be unoccupied, the receptionist made no effort to notify him or facilitate my consultation.

Terrible customer service wastes my precious time

Wasted more than 60 minutes trapped in their so-called phone queue, stuck as "first in line" the entire time. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The bare minimum would have been for a representative to acknowledge their overwhelming workload and explain that no assistance was currently available, instead of leaving me suspended in endless hold limbo.

Worst medical practice ever terrible service

I abandoned this general practice some time ago, and in the interim, I've consulted two alternative GPs who were significantly superior. Regrettably, my mother remains registered with this practice, and she's experienced extreme difficulty connecting with their staff, with wait times exceeding two hours. Once you finally reach someone, the actual conversation is absurdly brief—roughly 2-3 minutes—so even with multiple callers in the queue, such prolonged waiting is inexcusable. The service is abysmal. Moreover, punctuality is non-existent; patients can anticipate being delayed by around 15 minutes beyond their scheduled time, only to endure a perfunctory two-minute consultation. This establishment is so substandard that it deserves to be completely defunded and shuttered.

When I attempted to get information, I was brushed off and told to call back later due to an ongoing meeting. Upon following their instructions and calling again, I was redirected once more, this time being advised to contact them after 4:30, which was several hours away.
