Completely unacceptable!! I'd give zero stars if possible, that's how terrible it is. The front desk staff are incredibly unprofessional. There's one particular employee with short black hair and glasses who seems completely heartless. I personally heard her say 'let them wait', and she's not alone - all the receptionists are shockingly discourteous and disrespectful. They desperately need training in basic customer service and professional conduct. This was hands-down the worst surgical experience ever. The total lack of management oversight is evident in their appalling behavior. They consistently display rudeness without any consequences, which is absolutely inexcusable.

Terrible medical care endangers pregnant wife's health
I absolutely cannot endorse these so-called medical professionals. My pregnant partner, nearly 8 months along, developed a severe cough from 1-2, and we struggled to secure a medical consultation. The "doctor" predictably prescribed paracetamol and some antibiotics. After completing the antibiotic course (4-5 days), her condition dramatically worsened. For two weeks, she was constantly coughing, experiencing intense pain in her ribs, back, kidneys, and seemingly everywhere else. Naturally, scheduling another appointment was impossible, and even if we had managed one, I'm certain the treatment would have been another round of paracetamol. Subsequently, we sought emergency medical care, but encountered a complete lack of thorough examination. Nowhere did anyone properly assess her lungs or determine whether she had pneumonia or any specific medical condition. Currently, she has been hospitalized for nearly a week in our country, with her health status critically deteriorating. Her test results are alarming, and there is now a significant risk of an emergency premature cesarean section—all because no medical professional anywhere took her condition seriously from the beginning.

I attempted to secure a doctor's appointment by visiting the medical center, only to be informed that no slots were available that day and advised to retry from 8am the following morning. Given my prior experiences of enduring hour-long telephone waiting times, I requested online access details. Why doesn't this practice implement a callback system??? The digital platform is utterly dysfunctional and completely ineffective! I've repeatedly tried logging in using my NHS credentials, but consistently encounter error messages. The system prevents me from updating my email address and persistently claims my email is already registered... What an absolute organizational disaster...

I've attempted to reach out to this medical practice four times across three days, seeking either an in-person or telephone consultation regarding an urgent medical issue, and each time I was informed that no staff member could help me. While I understand that healthcare providers can be busy, I find this level of unresponsiveness completely unacceptable. Leaving patients struggling with their health concerns is nothing short of shameful. My recommendation would be to seek medical care elsewhere if possible, rather than being associated with a practice that appears solely focused on patient registration fees. I am incredibly let down by the subpar service at this medical facility. Following a test on July 26, 2024, I endured a week of waiting before attempting to contact the surgery. Each call was met with dismissive and discourteous treatment from the receptionist, who repeatedly claimed the results were not yet ready. Exasperated, I contacted the hospital directly, discovering that the results had actually been sent to the surgery on July 31, 2024. Upon calling again, I encountered a receptionist who appeared completely bewildered by the situation. After a frustrating ten-minute search, she finally located the results and arranged a telephone consultation with the doctor. When the physician returned my call, he surprisingly stated that the results were not in his system. This entire ordeal has been absolutely infuriating and unprofessional. The complete breakdown in communication and total lack of competence at this surgery is utterly unacceptable. The reception staff urgently requires replacement to prevent further patient dissatisfaction.
