I have challenging veins, and the technician at the Central Medical location struggled to find a good spot, leaving some bruising on my arm. However, the staff member was incredibly skilled and compassionate, which made me very satisfied with the overall experience.

I attempted to schedule my son's appointment three separate times, but each occasion resulted in them claiming they had 'accidentally' failed to book it. Every single time, I was forced to return home with my infant. Moreover, their phone response is excruciatingly slow - so much so that I personally visited their office and discovered staff casually chatting instead of answering incoming calls. I sincerely hope their reception team undergoes significant changes. Their staff also appear woefully unprepared in customer service skills, displaying unprofessional behavior like abrupt call terminations and communicating with apparent emotional instability.

The facility urgently needs thorough cleaning, as this is fundamentally a matter of hygiene and patient safety.

They consistently demonstrate genuine care and go above and beyond to assist me. However, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who are consistently discourteous and unhelpful. I've personally experienced their poor attitude, and I've witnessed similar treatment of other patients, which significantly detracts from the otherwise excellent care provided by the aforementioned medical professionals.

I'm struggling to find a way for the pharmacy to submit a request on the patient's behalf through the website. There doesn't seem to be a clear option or method for this process.

Despite this, I've awarded 5 stars because Dr Jeyasothy provided exceptional, streamlined service. During a challenging period dealing with my parents' medical concerns, he was the sole professional who proactively reached out with updates, shared crucial information, and ensured my parents received appropriate medical care and appointments. Even with my work constraints, he was incredibly accommodating, finding convenient times to communicate. He demonstrated remarkable thoroughness and a consistently helpful attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend him and sincerely hope all physicians at this practice match his level of professionalism and efficiency.

I'm utterly astounded that this medical practice continues to operate. The front desk staff display remarkable incompetence and an appalling attitude, frequently disconnecting calls when I seek assistance regarding issues they've created. The clinical staff demonstrate shocking disorganization and have consistently committed errors in my medical treatment, directly causing significant disruptions to my medication access. I've been struggling since August 2nd to obtain a simple prescription, and their promises of follow-up are completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone with alternative options to avoid registering here; Morden Hall GP surgery is a substantially superior alternative just a short distance away. This practice represents an embarrassingly poor example of NHS services, which are typically of excellent standard.

I desperately needed an urgent medical consultation due to a black nail issue. I was forced to wait on hold for a staggering 30 minutes before finally reaching someone, and even then, the representative only responded after 23 minutes of waiting. When they finally spoke to me, they merely offered a phone appointment, which is completely inadequate given my physical condition that requires an in-person examination by a doctor.
