Patients report significant challenges accessing this practice, with appointment booking and telephone responsiveness emerging as persistent concerns. Lengthy waiting times to reach the surgery by phone, frequent call disconnections, and difficulty securing timely appointments are recurring themes. Reception staff conduct has been widely criticised, with reports of discourteous behaviour, dismissive attitudes, and poor communication. In contrast, clinical staff including nursing professionals and several doctors receive consistent praise for compassionate care, thorough medical examinations, and attentive follow-up communication.
While some patients report satisfactory experiences with booking and reception interactions, the volume of feedback regarding access difficulties and reception experience suggests systemic issues requiring attention. Patients express frustration with appointment availability, extended hold times, and unresponsive communication channels. The disparity between positive feedback about clinical care quality and negative feedback about administrative and reception services indicates that service improvements should focus on accessibility, telephone responsiveness, and front desk conduct.
A minority of patients report positive overall experiences, including efficient booking processes and professional reception staff. However, the predominance of feedback highlighting lengthy waiting times, difficult appointment access, and reception staff courtesy issues indicates these remain significant areas affecting patient experience at this practice.

Bad!
Terrible service from unprofessional and rude staff
I implore management to immediately address the front desk personnel. The current staff appears completely unsuitable for their roles, displaying an inappropriate demeanor and demonstrating extremely unprofessional behavior, particularly at the reception area. Urgent changes are absolutely necessary to improve the customer experience.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical reception staff
The front desk staff at this facility are incredibly discourteous and lack basic professionalism. Every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, I'm subjected to interminable hold times exceeding an hour, only to have the call abruptly terminated without any resolution. Their standard response is simply to instruct me to call back the following day, which they continue to repeat endlessly. These receptionists demonstrate a complete absence of proper etiquette. As public health employees, they should be committed to providing equitable treatment to all patients. Their ineffective and dismissive approach is directly responsible for creating a negative and frustrating experience that ultimately compromises patient care and the overall quality of the medical facility.

Excellent!
Quick and caring medical support for patients
I recently joined this medical practice around September or October of last year, and I must say they've been exceptional. Their response times are incredibly swift, and I've had the opportunity to consult with a few doctors who have been tremendously supportive and accommodating. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Terrible service and unhelpful gp center staff
Over the past quarter, I've been struggling with recurring health issues. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, the medical center only responded on three occasions and consistently denied me an appointment. They even refused to schedule a face-to-face consultation for my young child. I've been battling a high fever and experiencing widespread body aches throughout the week. When I tried contacting the GP center, their phone lines were completely unresponsive. I believe it's imperative for local authorities or a Member of Parliament to investigate this GP center, particularly the behavior of their reception staff. The receptionists are inappropriately overstepping their boundaries by making medical access decisions that should be left to healthcare professionals.

Terrible phone support wastes hours of my life
I endured an exasperating wait of nearly two hours, slowly progressing from position 25 to the front of the line, only to be abruptly disconnected. Upon redialing, I found myself back at number 16 in the queue. This frustrating experience is sadly a recurring issue. While their in-person customer service is commendable, their telephone support is seriously lacking and requires significant enhancement.

Terrible phone service ruins customer experience
The phone support is utterly terrible. The service is down frequently, and when you do try to connect, you're stuck waiting for over 60 minutes. Emails sent through their online system go completely unanswered, which means you're essentially unable to schedule any interaction without a 111 booking.

Terrible surgery service with unprofessional phone communication
Yesterday morning at 8, my wife rang the surgery seeking an appointment. After a 30-minute wait, she received a response stating someone would call her back later in the day. The afternoon passed without any callback, so she rang again and was assured she was on the list and would receive a return call. 5 PM, no call. 6 PM, no call. 7 PM, still no call. At 7:18 PM, she noticed a missed call from 7:17 PM. When she attempted to return the call, the switchboard was closed [the surgery had shut], despite their Tuesday closing time being 8 PM. The missed call occurred because the caller didn't allow the phone to ring long enough to connect properly. The phone was right beside us and never rang. They seemingly only allowed two rings on their end to register a call attempt, making no further effort to reach us. Regrettably, I'm forced to give one star - which they absolutely do not merit - only because Google requires a rating to post this comment. We subsequently contacted 111 without delay. My wife received an exceptional examination, with antibiotics promptly ordered online for collection. The entire experience was professional, stress-free, and we received a comprehensive written report. All accomplished within two and a half hours, after waiting 12 fruitless hours for a GP callback that never materialized. 111 deserves 5 stars and more, from start to finish.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff
Absolutely terrible guest relations and front desk staff - the rudest I've encountered. Their unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and management needs to address this immediately. I strongly recommend replacing the current guest relations representative.

Frustrating wait times for a simple booking
Endless wait times of 1 to 2 hours just to schedule a simple appointment, which is incredibly frustrating and wastes so much of my valuable time.

Terrible medical care with rude and unhelpful staff
DREADFUL MEDICAL FACILITY WITH ABYSMAL SERVICE, MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. This practice utterly disgraces the genuinely committed healthcare workers. VIVEK, HIS RELATIVES, AND HIS GROUP OF UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROFIT-DRIVEN individuals treat patients without compassion. Rather than a physician communicating directly, nurses relay results without providing comprehensive explanations, leaving patients confused and uncertain about their medical status. How can you treat patients who have placed their trust and health in your care so callously? The staff here is absolutely terrible. Receptionists demonstrate shocking disrespect towards patients, displaying neither courtesy nor assistance. Why is obtaining a competent general practice so challenging? How can you treat those who entrust you with their very lives so carelessly? Don't you possess any human empathy?

Frustrating healthcare system wastes my precious time
I understand our healthcare system is stretched thin, but this level of inefficiency is beyond frustrating. Spending an entire hour in the morning just trying to connect with someone, only to be instructed to call back at 3 pm, then enduring another hour of waiting, and ultimately being told to call again tomorrow - all just to schedule a simple appointment - is absolutely absurd. If your booking system is at capacity, the least you could do is update your interactive voice response system with a clear message indicating that appointments are unavailable.
