Worst medical service ever nightmare experience

Steer clear of this place at all costs. They deliberately delay medication refills to coincide with weekends, then systematically block any attempts to escalate concerns. They demand an appointment for medication renewal but simultaneously refuse to schedule one, leaving patients like me in a desperate week-long chase with no resolution. Their standard response is to deflect blame onto local physicians while flatly refusing to forward complaints up the chain. Receptionists routinely disconnect calls mid-conversation, and their management—notably Natalie—has been perpetually "in a meeting" for months. Given their ongoing investigation, I feel compelled to caution others: stay away from this deeply dysfunctional healthcare provider.

Terrible gp service leaves pregnant patient frustrated

The GP's arrogance is beyond description, with their complete lack of phone responsiveness. I attended my scheduled appointment, only to waste an hour before the doctor emerged and declared he couldn't see me, promising a callback that same day. I endured a 10-day wait, but predictably, no call ever came. When I followed up to inquire why the doctor hadn't contacted me, staff claimed he wasn't available. I attempted to reach the doctor again, but he never accepted or returned my calls. Upon requesting another communication, I was told to wait another 10 days. As a pregnant patient, I'm forced to wait 20 days just for an admission - what era are we living in??? The chaos within this GP is unbelievable, and they're equally uninterested in providing online services. Their attitude towards patients is absolutely reprehensible; it seems they have no desire to work at all, and their purpose is completely unclear 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎GP

Worst healthcare experience ever frustrating and disappointing

Utterly useless. Impossible to contact anyone. Scheduling an appointment is out of the question. Even online booking is non-existent. Prescription refills are a complete disaster. Since the pandemic, it seems they've disregarded all other medical conditions. Previously, the service was acceptable. Now, both the clinic and its physicians have vanished without a trace.

Horrible service with no compassion for new mothers

I find this medical procedure revolting. Under no circumstances would I suggest this surgery to anyone, particularly those with a young child. This morning I had a scheduled appointment at 9:20am, and I arrived 4 minutes late because I was feeding my 8-week-and-1-day-old son. I had initially planned to feed him at the clinic, but he was unsettled, and my child's needs are my top priority. Despite my apology and willingness to wait, they flatly refused to see my son and me for his postnatal check-up. If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would. I am truly appalled by their treatment of me, especially considering they could clearly see I was there with my infant.

I just called at 8 AM to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend while she's at work, and was greeted by a receptionist who seemed barely awake. She informed me that there are no available slots for several weeks. This level of service is unacceptable, and we're seriously considering switching to a different medical practice.
