Worst healthcare experience ever terrible service

I'm awarding them the lowest possible rating because zero stars isn't an option. Their patient load is so overwhelming that personalized care is completely nonexistent. If you're lucky enough to secure an appointment, you'll be seen by a temporary stand-in crammed into a makeshift workspace, who will simply redirect you to the emergency department. Their permanent doctors are barely present, working abbreviated work weeks that seem more like part-time schedules.

Terrible medical care for vulnerable elderly patient

I am once more compelled to submit a NEGATIVE review about this medical practice. The COMPLETE ABSENCE OF COMPASSION is appalling. My husband suffered a fall and sustained an arm injury, with the hospital explicitly instructing that the dressing MUST be changed DAILY by a district nurse to prevent infection. Initially, when we first visited the surgery, a district nurse came and redressed the wound. Subsequently, we received a call from another district nurse who declared it was 'UNACCEPTABLE' to ANTICIPATE daily home visits and that the wound would NOT be re-bandaged for an ENTIRE WEEK. I find this stance absolutely 'UNACCEPTABLE' and demonstrative of a TOTAL DISREGARD for patient care. My husband is 84 and already in fragile health. Should this LACK OF PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION result in my husband contracting an infection in his wound, I will absolutely pursue legal action against the surgery for their extreme unprofessionalism.

Incompetent healthcare that fails patients every time

The ongoing incompetence here is truly frustrating. It's like the staff are completely uncoordinated, with one hand not knowing what the other is doing. When the doctor advises making an appointment, I follow through, only to have the specialist cancel and claim the doctor will contact me. Instead, I receive letters questioning why I haven't scheduled an appointment! The situation has become utterly ridiculous. There's a specific doctor I now categorically refuse to see, and another who communicates via text messages as if I were a child who needs patronizing guidance. Both physicians have made identical errors, even forgetting to complete sections of my prescription. Regrettably, I'm still compelled to use this medical practice, but I desperately wish I had alternative options.

Terrible healthcare that failed me completely

Absolutely dreadful service - general practitioners were more competent previously - the reception staff are completely unacceptable - they showed zero compassion and refused to help remove stitches for my terminally ill partner with advanced lung cancer - when I raised concerns about a dismissive, rude receptionist who ignored my inquiries, they actually triggered the alarm and threatened to have me removed after I requested to speak with management - their continued poor performance matches their substandard CQC assessment - the entire staff are arrogant and unprofessional - I now systematically record all interactions - they operate with minimal accountability - I abandoned NHS care some time ago - the appointment booking system is a complete mockery, with online slots only available after 8:00am (an absolute farce of a service)

Terrible service left vulnerable patient feeling helpless

As an elderly 86-year-old patient, I found the entire experience deeply frustrating. My MacMillan nurse suggested I contact the doctor's receptionist, but the staff member was unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. Despite my health challenges, I attempted to schedule appointments as recommended, yet was met with complete indifference. The receptionist's attitude towards a vulnerable, unwell senior was completely unacceptable. I was unable to complete the online form and felt utterly distressed by the lack of compassion. There was absolutely no justification for treating a sick, older individual with such disrespect.
