Convenient medical center with ample parking options

Hectic medical center situated in a prime spot, conveniently adjacent to Asda's parking lot (complimentary 2-hour parking). Several doctors available with diverse medical expertise. Unfortunately, the on-site pharmacy is no longer operational, but alternative pharmacies are within easy reach (Asda and Knights on Sheep Street).

Disappointing healthcare with unhelpful staff and poor service

The quality of service continues to decline. The reception area is staffed with unhelpful personnel, and every single task - whether scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, or ensuring medication accuracy - must now be handled through digital channels. If you attempt to address anything in person, the front desk staff will simply dismiss you! Moreover, the previous physician I consulted displayed a complete lack of concern regarding my health concerns, despite my family history of cancer and my desire to undergo a thorough examination due to experiencing comparable symptoms.

The recently introduced digital scheduling platform proved exceptionally helpful during my husband's critical health situation last autumn. Every medical professional who visited him at home, with Dr Rayment being particularly noteworthy, demonstrated remarkable compassion and support for both my husband and our entire family. Just recently, I had a highly positive encounter with Dr Kotnani while receiving a foot injection. Throughout my experiences, I have consistently found the healthcare team to be attentive and professional, though securing appointments could occasionally be challenging. This new booking method represents a significant enhancement to the practice's service.

A fantastic medical practice boasting some truly remarkable physicians. No request is ever too demanding. Doctors Armstrong, Black, Kotnani, and Rayment are particularly noteworthy, providing stellar guidance and medical assessments. Frustrating healthcare system with glimmers of hope

I was prompted about my overdue cervical screening and have been struggling to schedule an appointment. Multiple attempts have ended with me being disconnected or running out of time during my lunch break. Just now, I was 22nd in the waiting queue. While the healthcare professionals themselves are competent, accessing their services feels incredibly challenging. Update (Oct 23): The vaccination team delivered exceptional service. They responded to my email within 10 minutes, were incredibly accommodating when I wanted to consolidate two vaccination visits, and offered thorough, detailed guidance about my upcoming appointment.
