Excellent facility housing multiple medical practices along with dental and physiotherapy services. The pharmacy section is outstanding, with exceptionally helpful and professional staff members providing dispensing services. Everything operates to a very high standard of professionalism throughout.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff came across as impolite and unhelpful. Their manner was curt and dismissive throughout. Scheduling an appointment in advance for routine matters proved to be very difficult. Better customer service training would be beneficial for the team.

I recently switched to this practice about a month ago and have found the experience disappointing overall. There have been issues with medication quantities not being correct, and I've had several uncomfortable interactions with reception staff over the phone when requesting basic information to locate another facility. When asking for a postcode, I felt the response was unhelpful and dismissive rather than supportive. It's concerning that reception staff don't seem to prioritise assisting patients with their queries. During my one in-person visit, I was treated very kindly by a receptionist, which was a positive experience, but unfortunately the other interactions have been quite negative. Due to these concerns, I'm planning to register elsewhere.

Ordered medications online and by phone, but they were not received, so I had to call back. I was told it would take about a week. I have ongoing health conditions and have experienced serious health events. This is not a pleasant place to receive care. There is one clinician I find helpful, though they are frequently busy.

Receptionist mix-up led to clinic discharge

I recently had contact with the surgery regarding an appointment matter. There was some confusion with a member of the reception team about whether I had attended an appointment, despite having attended and the attendance being documented at the surgery. This misunderstanding led to my discharge from another clinic. After struggling to get the issue resolved through initial channels, I requested to speak with a supervisor, who was more helpful and took a more proactive approach to addressing my concerns. I am hopeful that the supervisor will follow through on their commitment to resolve this matter and provide a better outcome than the initial response I received.

Impossible to book an appointment here

I would rate this practice much lower if possible. Obtaining an appointment proved extremely difficult, with a wait of one hour and thirty minutes from the morning opening time, and the telephone lines were consistently busy throughout. The overall experience was quite disorganised.

When she rang again to ask about the likely waiting time, she was informed that the clinic hadn't run last month and there was uncertainty about whether it would take place this month, so no clear timeframe could be given. She is struggling significantly with her discomfort and has attempted various self-management approaches without relief. It seems puzzling that other practices appear to be able to offer this procedure more promptly.

Impossible phone booking system at eight o'clock

This practice offers an extremely frustrating appointment booking experience. There are no online appointment options available. The only realistic way to secure an appointment is to call at exactly 8am and hope you manage to get through. Even when you do connect, you're met with an extended recorded message followed by a lengthy queue with numerous other callers ahead of you. This creates a bottleneck since everyone attempts to call at 8am due to the lack of alternatives. Calling even a minute after 8am results in an engaged tone for an extended period. If you try calling later in the day, you may reach someone, but they will simply advise you to call back at 8am the following morning. When you do successfully get through, appointments are only available for the same day, with no option to book in advance. There is no online booking system whatsoever, which feels outdated for the current era. If you are considering changing your healthcare provider, this practice would not be a recommended choice.
