This practice has proven to be quite frustrating to deal with. It is extremely difficult to make contact with them through any method. Phone lines constantly busy and unresponsive

This practice has been extremely difficult to access. I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone, only to be told the line is busy. When I visited in person to try to arrange an appointment, the phone did not ring as expected. The receptionist mentioned a telephone appointment was available, but I am still waiting for that call to come through. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Rude reception staff and poor management here

I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice. The management approach left me feeling dismissed regarding my health concerns. The reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive during phone interactions. Calls were not returned in a timely manner. The overall management of the practice was disappointing. There are currently concerns being investigated regarding access to patient records at this surgery.

Impossible to reach by phone for appointments

I attempted to contact the practice multiple times throughout the day without success. When I finally reached someone, I was informed that appointments are only allocated during morning hours. This has been frustrating as I have been trying to get through for several days now. I am also unable to discuss my medication needs with anyone at the practice. I am dissatisfied with this situation.

Receptionist asks what's urgent, not your life story

Have never experienced issues with this practice. Those leaving negative feedback likely became frustrated with wait times and decided to post online rather than persist. The reception team prioritises call urgency rather than detailed medical discussions, which is understandable given their role. Society seems to contain many self-centred individuals who expect everything to revolve around them. Whatever happened to basic kindness and consideration for others? Well done to the practice for maintaining standards despite losing patients who may not have been the right fit. Hopefully things continue positively moving forward.

I have been a patient at this practice for a decade and have consistently found them to be excellent. My healthcare requirements have always been addressed in a thorough and timely manner. I am aware that some feedback mentions difficulties with the appointment booking process by phone. The practice feels poorly organised. It is consistently difficult to obtain an appointment, with various reasons given such as unavailability or advance booking restrictions. Unable to reach the practice by telephone. There is no queuing system in place, so calls simply fail to connect when the lines are occupied. I find this approach quite frustrating. Would rate lower if the option were available.

Would give a negative rating if possible. Extremely challenging to reach by telephone and the practice appears to have very limited opening hours. I continue attending solely because the clinicians I see are excellent. However, securing an appointment with them proves quite difficult. The overall experience at this surgery is frustrating, with unhelpful administrative staff. I wish my healthcare providers would relocate to a different practice.

Unable to reach the practice by telephone, and they disconnect calls after a brief period. The reasoning provided for limited availability does not align with other services remaining operational during the same period. If face-to-face appointments are available, the restriction on phone access seems inconsistent. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.
