Streamlined scheduling process with manageable appointment wait times. The personnel are friendly and welcoming, and the duration before seeing the physician was minimal. Ample parking facilities are available.

Pregnant and scolded for bathroom need

I dropped by on Friday morning and was reprimanded harshly about bathroom access. The staff firmly stated the toilet was exclusively for patients, reluctantly allowing me to use it "just this once". Being visibly pregnant at 8 months, I naturally require more frequent restroom visits. This encounter has left me anxious about seeking bathroom facilities in public spaces. Moreover, at an NHS practice, isn't everyone technically a patient? I was genuinely taken aback by such unwelcoming treatment. They also failed to inform me about the public restroom located in the village centre. The only redeeming factor was the bathroom's cleanliness and tidiness, which prompted me to add an extra star to my rating.

Great small friendly efficient family practice

It is a small practice in the town. Two main GPs and excellent back up from experienced Practice Nurses and phlebotomists. The staff feel very strongly part of the team and it is , as much as it ever can be, a pleasure to come. It is easy to make an appointment on line and communicate. Also it is easy and quite quick on the telephone. I moved from a much larger prsctice and the experience here persudes me evervmore that the move to large complex surgeries is a major error and one of the causes of disarray in the primary care area of the NHS. It has been easy and quick to have specialist nurse appointments and advice from an onsite Physiotherapist. I have been delighted by my care and pleased to be looked after in an environment where all the staff seem engaged and enjoying their work. On a pure medical level my care has been very good but it is in those other areas where this surgery excels. Long may it stay small and patient focused

I've experienced exceptional support and attention throughout my medical care. The general practitioner, nursing staff, and administrative team have been incredibly kind and accommodating. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to each of them. The outstanding quality of service and compassionate assistance have truly made a significant difference in my experience.
