Felt dismissed and disrespected during appointment

A recent appointment left me feeling worse rather than better. I do not plan to return. During the visit, I felt dismissed and disrespected in a way that was unprofessional and hurtful. This kind of interaction is not what I expect from healthcare. I will wait to see how things develop, but this experience has been deeply disappointing and unlike anything I have encountered before.

Absolutely outstanding care throughout the entire experience. All staff members were exceptionally helpful and considerate, particularly during such a challenging period. Long phone queues made getting help difficult

I have attempted to secure an urgent appointment on consecutive days and experienced significant delays in reaching someone at the practice. On both occasions, I spent over an hour waiting on the telephone before my call was answered, only to be advised to ring back the following morning at 8am. I had been calling from early in the morning on each day in an attempt to get through promptly.

Reception prioritises speed over proper care

This has been the least satisfactory medical practice I have been registered with. I have not observed patients leaving feeling they have received the assistance they required. There appears to be a tendency to provide information without adequate verification, seemingly to expedite appointments. Additionally, I have found the clinical staff approach to be dismissive rather than respectful, making patients feel like a burden rather than a priority.

Promised departure never materialised, complaint rejected

There appears to be inconsistency in the information provided regarding staff availability. I was told that a particular clinician was departing soon, which prevented me from submitting feedback at that time. When I subsequently called to arrange an appointment, I was offered a slot with the same clinician, despite being informed they would be leaving imminently. My attempt to lodge a formal complaint was not accepted on the grounds of their imminent departure. However, several weeks have now passed and this clinician remains in post. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing.
