Frustrating healthcare experience with zero support

Can't even rate this place with a single star. Getting an appointment is impossible, and they constantly redirect you to urgent care. The issue with urgent care is their limited ability to provide comprehensive help or make referrals. So what options are left when you're unable to secure a doctor's appointment?

Terrible service and unhelpful receptionists nightmare

Making an appointment has been an absolute nightmare. For two whole months, I've been trying to schedule visits for my infant daughter and myself, but the receptionists are completely incompetent. They're consistently discourteous and seem totally lost, constantly needing to consult others about basic tasks. More often than not, they interrupt me mid-sentence and abruptly end the call before I can even explain my needs.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Barely escaping a 1-star rating. The staff's incompetence is mind-boggling, consistently sluggish and ineffective. It's no surprise patients see no improvement here. Countless attempts to schedule a phone consultation have been futile, with their repeated instruction to "call back at 8" driving me insane. When you actually call at the specified time, you're left hanging on the line for 15-20 excruciating minutes, only to be told to call back again. It's outrageous that patients aren't prioritized and immediately attended to. The staffing is a joke - one lone doctor trying to manage hundreds of local residents is a recipe for disaster. This healthcare facility is an absolute mess, completely unorganized and dysfunctional.

Terrible service and impossible to get appointments

ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE... Booking a consultation is practically impossible, and I'm someone who rarely seeks medical attention. Whenever I actually need to see a doctor, scheduling becomes a nightmare. They consistently tell me to call back the next day, and suddenly all appointments have vanished (total fabrication), yet when you visit the clinic, the waiting area is completely vacant. The front desk staff member is exceptionally unpleasant - I didn't even bother noting her name this time around. Save yourself the frustration and seek healthcare elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

Every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, they give me the runaround, repeatedly telling me they have no availability and to call back the next day. When I call the next day, it's the same frustrating response. It's clear they're only interested in collecting payment and show zero concern for patients, especially children. I'm confident this medical center can and should provide a much higher standard of care.

Rude receptionist dismisses patient's serious health concerns

I contacted my physician following my hospital discharge due to escalating symptoms. Wanting to avoid returning to the hospital amid rising Covid cases, I was shocked by the receptionist's dismissive attitude. Their response was, "What are you whining about now," and after I explained my situation, they curtly told me to "go back to the hospital since they don't have time to see me". As a result, I'm definitely switching medical practices.
