Without any notification or consultation with my specialist, he arbitrarily discontinued my medication. Moreover, he claimed I wasn't taking my prescribed treatment, despite having previously signed a document confirming the medication's presence in my bloodstream. Due to my comprehensive evidence of clinical negligence, they have today expelled me from the practice, despite my being diagnosed as one of the UK's most critical heart disease and hypertension patients. I am eagerly anticipating the investigation's outcome. I cannot wait for this arrogant and incompetent general practitioner to be held accountable, especially considering he was previously forced to resign from another position due to a unanimous vote of no confidence.

Absolute disaster of a medical center, perpetual issues with scheduling, ranging from absent physicians to absurd appointment times and months-long wait periods for critical concerns! In January, I consulted a GP about my spinal condition, where the doctor personally committed to referring me for a CT scan upon receiving my previous scan photo. I complied immediately. Weeks passed without an appointment, so I repeatedly called the surgery. They requested the photo again, which I resent. I consistently followed up weekly. By April, I finally managed to have everything attached to my file after personally visiting and speaking with the receptionist. Yet, I've received no response regarding my back condition. They bizarrely schedule mental health practitioners who cannot prescribe medication when I specifically request a doctor for medication management. Completely futile, as I sacrificed a workday for an appointment, only to be told about another phone consultation the next day... which never materialized. No consideration is given that I cannot dedicate entire mornings waiting for calls, nor do I possess unlimited holiday time due to their scheduling incompetence. When I explain my lack of workplace signal, it means I can neither receive nor make calls. They should have initially scheduled me with a medication-prescribing physician, especially for mental health concerns! Another instance: when seeking knee treatment, I explicitly described my longstanding knee issue to the receptionist. I was assigned a next-day appointment with a paramedic who immediately declared inability to address my specific problem... Avoid this place at all costs! "Nightmare" doesn't even begin to describe it!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!!!!! Spent nearly an hour on hold, only to be informed that no appointments were available. Ended up taking my granddaughter to Widnes walk-in centre, where they were incredibly helpful and promptly prescribed her an inhaler and antibiotics for her chest infection. Widnes walk-in centre was phenomenal from beginning to end 👏. Chapelford medical centre deserves zero stars. Bunstone needs to be removed, and the centre should be shut down. I'm switching to a new surgery effective immediately.
