Absolutely ridiculous experience - we were shuffled around like livestock in the waiting area, with people hacking and spreading germs everywhere. The scheduling was a complete mess with clustered appointments that were never communicated to us beforehand. I'm reluctantly giving this one star, and that's being generous given the chaotic and inconsiderate treatment we received.
