Easy to book appointments when needed

I have found it straightforward to obtain face-to-face appointments or hospital referrals when needed. Telephone consultations are offered as an option, though I personally prefer not to use them. The clinical team and front desk personnel consistently demonstrate professionalism and courtesy. They respond warmly when I initiate friendly interaction. They conduct themselves with respect and deserve to be treated considerately.

Staff were genuinely easy to reach by phone

Excellent! Having recently relocated to the area, I have only positive things to say about the entire team. Everyone demonstrates a genuinely caring approach, and there is a real sense that you can always reach out to discuss your concerns. My spouse and I are delighted to be registered at this practice. Long phone waits but caring staff

Recently relocated and joined this practice. Finding it quite challenging to secure appointments, with phone wait times occasionally reaching around half an hour. That said, once an appointment is obtained, the clinical staff demonstrate excellent care and genuine compassion.
