The single star exists solely because they managed to answer the telephone and schedule my appointment on the same day. My visit concerned a personal matter causing me significant emotional distress. Entering already feeling vulnerable and seeking compassionate, professional guidance, I instead encountered a staff member who was coldly indifferent and emotionally obtuse. She demonstrated remarkable brusqueness, rudeness, and fundamental incompetence. I departed the consultation in tears, feeling completely invalidated, angry, and defeated. Subsequently, I've discovered numerous comparable accounts describing her systematic mireatment of patients, particularly those experiencing mental health challenges. I contemplated formally lodging a complaint, but subsequent interactions through the adjacent pharmacy proved equally nightmarish. Again confronting a sensitive issue, I found the waiting area overwhelmingly chaotic – loud personal media playing and suspicious individuals loitering externally. Despite arriving punctually, I endured a 10-minute wait while staff publicly debated my case assignment. A supervisor bizarrely consulted a trainee about her prior experience, who casually admitted performing this appointment type just once, a year earlier – yet was still instructed to proceed. My attempted patience dissolved during an utterly unprofessional consultation. I was forced to repeatedly restate my concerns, received inappropriate medication recommendations, witnessed constant procedural flip-flopping, and observed fundamental documentation errors. The practitioner demonstrated complete disengagement and profound incompetence. Women especially: steer clear if seeking dignified, respectful healthcare. The staff demonstrated systemic unprofessionalism, consistently making patients feel burdensome. I've since transferred to a practice offering genuine support and attentive care, a sentiment widely echoed in community feedback. Incompetent staff make healthcare communication impossible

The staff answering calls at this practice are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. I phoned today on behalf of my father, who's been undergoing tests after something was discovered with his LIVER. He received a text this morning instructing him to call and arrange a consultation with a doctor about his test results. A woman answered, and when I explained the situation, she didn't even ask for my father's name or details about the test. She abruptly stated they have no available phone consultation slots and that we must call back tomorrow at 8am. It was 11am when I called her. Why must I wait until the next morning at 8am to arrange a doctor's call for my dad? This makes no sense. Why couldn't she schedule a doctor's callback during our current call? How complicated is it to discuss liver test results? It would take mere minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous, and it's not the first time I've experienced problems with their phone staff. Around mid-APRIL, I previously argued with a woman when trying to schedule my father's yearly health check, and she claimed there were NO APPOINTMENTS until JUNE 20th 😡, which was nearly 2 MONTHS away. Is this considered normal, professional service? EDIT: UPDATE... When I called at 8:30am on Monday, July 22nd, they informed me the next available appointment for a doctor to discuss my father's liver ultrasound results is Wednesday, July 31st. This is a complete joke, utterly ridiculous, and an unacceptable timeframe for communicating patient test results.

The clinic requires creating an online account to book appointments, which can only be done at 8:30 AM. Every time I've tried booking during that window since July, I'm met with the same response: no appointments available. The system then suggests trying again the next day. The entire appointment booking experience is completely unacceptable and feels like an absolute nightmare.
