Nightmare pharmacy service destroying patient's health

Arguably the most inept team who brazenly deceived me today after phoning to verify my recurring prescription - a process I must constantly chase every fortnight as if it's brand new each time. Today I called to confirm and was assured my scripts were dispatched, only to discover after spending £20 on a taxi that absolutely nothing had been sent. In fact, they arbitrarily changed my pickup date without any notification, leaving me without critical medication for an entire day. The reception staff initially claimed responsibility, then abruptly ended the call once they ran out of excuses to mask their monthly failures. I've already lost 8 days this year because of their complete incompetence. But apparently, my suffering is acceptable to them. An absolute mockery - zero stars is too generous.

Terrible nurse ruined my long-awaited medical appointment

During my initial visit, the front desk staff were accommodating. However, the nurse in room 6 was completely unprofessional. She displayed a dismissive attitude and seemed disinterested in providing care, despite me having waited three weeks for this appointment. Her demeanor suggested she is unsuited for her role, and the entire encounter was incredibly frustrating. I will definitely not be returning to this facility!!!

Racist nurse made me feel unwelcome and disrespected

During my recent medical appointment, I encountered deeply troubling behavior from the nurse in room 7. Her treatment was discriminatory and hostile. When I requested an interpreter, she responded with clear annoyance, complaining about the potential time delay. My infant was with me, and every time the baby made a sound, the nurse's demeanor became increasingly hostile, shooting disapproving glares our way. Her unprofessional and racist attitude was unbearable. Feeling humiliated and distressed, I ultimately departed without receiving my necessary prescription, devastated by the experience.

I'm not typically one to seek medical attention, but when I suspected kidney issues, they promptly scheduled me for a same-day consultation. The team responded within 20 minutes, arranging an immediate appointment. The doctor conducted a comprehensive examination and diagnosed a lower back muscle strain, providing me with appropriate pain medication. Then, while preparing Sunday lunch, I nearly collapsed and had to rest. I contacted the surgery, and they swiftly arranged a same-day appointment with a senior Nurse - an incredibly supportive and courteous professional who scheduled blood tests and an ECG all within the same week. As a new patient, I'm thoroughly impressed and cannot recommend them highly enough...

This medical practice is an absolute farce and completely pointless. I've been shuttling back and forth for ages with an ongoing issue, and no one pays any attention or shows the slightest concern. To make matters worse, this week I consulted some random healthcare professional who essentially dismissed my concerns, saying, "My friend has a slipped disc and runs marathons." Worst medical experience ever with terrible doctors

This establishment doesn't even merit a single star, but unfortunately, the rating system demands at least one! My partner was prescribed a medication that drastically impacted her emotional state, sexual desire, and caused genuine physical distress. Attempting to secure an appointment to modify the prescription was a challenging journey. When a telephone consultation was finally scheduled for 5pm the evening before our two-week holiday (after we had persistently requested a pre-trip consultation), the doctor called over an hour late. Consequently, my partner was in the bathroom experiencing illness and missed the call. Upon trying to return their call, the phone simply rang unanswered. It's now 6:20pm, and their shift concludes at 6:30pm. One can only assume they're eagerly anticipating leaving to watch their favorite television show, with seemingly little regard for their patient's medical concerns. Unmotivated staff and a blatant disregard for patient care demonstrate complete and absolute professional incompetence.
