I've been a patient at this medical practice for more than seven years, and while the staff are pleasant, scheduling appointments is incredibly challenging. As a diabetic patient, I haven't been contacted or followed up with for a year and a quarter, effectively leaving me without proper care and management.

Frustrating phone booking process ruins patient experience

Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. The calling process is incredibly frustrating - you're forced to call only in the early hours, spend endless time waiting in a lengthy queue, and if you're lucky enough to get through, you'll find yourself number 20 in line. The previous online booking system was far superior and much more convenient.

Compassionate staff make pharmacy visit a pleasant experience

Stopped by the pharmacy around 6:15 PM to collect a prescription for my mother, and the process was handled efficiently and warmly by two of the front desk staff. While waiting, I witnessed a situation with a visibly upset patient who arrived with an infant, and the receptionists were remarkably compassionate and soothing in their interaction with her. It was truly heartening to observe such genuine empathy.

I've been struggling to secure a vaccine appointment for weeks due to my general practitioners' incompetence. Their staff are consistently unhelpful, whether you contact them by phone or visit in person. Their primary goal seems to be dismissing patients by fabricating excuses and redirecting you elsewhere. I'm completely frustrated with this disorganized and ineffective healthcare approach. We're not getting free service - we contribute through our taxes and deserve better treatment.

The personnel here are incredibly considerate and go above and beyond for their patients, demonstrating genuine compassion - from the welcoming Receptionist to Nurse Ann, Health workers like Ms Lantham and Mandy, and including Dr Devadas and Dr Rupaul. I extend my heartfelt gratitude for their time and unwavering support. The surgical experience was exceptional, delivered by a truly caring team. My appreciation runs deep for everything they do, particularly during these challenging and anxiety-inducing times - they mean more to patients than they could possibly realize. While it saddens me to learn that Dr Devadas and Nurse Ann are retiring, I sincerely wish them both the very best in their future endeavors.
