Terrible medical service with rude unprofessional staff

A complete medical practice failure - I sought consultation regarding my knee discomfort, experiencing occasional bone friction that might indicate early-stage Arthritis. To secure an appointment, I was forced to call at 7:30AM sharp, ensuring I'd be first in the morning queue before the clinic opens at 8:00AM. Instead of a proper consultation, I was informed I'd receive a diagnostic phone call. HOW CAN A PHYSICIAN POSSIBLY DIAGNOSE ARTHRITIS THROUGH A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION?!?! When I challenged this absurd approach, the receptionist became extremely hostile and abruptly terminated the call. Weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for this promised medical communication. An utterly ridiculous situation. Their operational procedures demonstrate zero professionalism and complete staff incompetence. The ironic twist? Dr. Ahmed, one of the facility's physicians, regularly visits my convenience store.

Heartless surgery fails vulnerable patient completely

** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ** Terrible Medical Practice in Chelmsford, possibly the entire UK. My elderly father was battling severe chest infections and completely bedridden. When I contacted the surgery to request a home visit, the dismissive receptionist coldly informed me that since my dad wasn't on their home visit register, no doctor would come. I inquired about registering him, explaining he couldn't even move to drink water. Their response was simply to bring him to the surgery. Frustrated, I sarcastically asked if they could provide a crane to transport his entire bed. The supervisor was even more unhelpful, repeatedly demanding I bring my dad in, citing previous visits. What an incompetent medical practice! I was reluctant to call emergency services for a non-life-threatening situation, but I had no alternative. Two compassionate paramedics arrived, examined him, and discovered not just a serious lung infection, but also a hernia caused by intense coughing. They've now transported him to the hospital, and I'm waiting in the emergency room. I repeat: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS PLACE, where they show complete indifference to patient welfare. How these people live with themselves is beyond comprehension! This practice deserves less than zero stars!!!

Terrible service puts patients lives at serious risk

The medical practice's communication and accessibility are absolutely frustrating. You're either stuck listening to an automated message that declares the lines are at capacity before disconnecting, or encountering staff unavailable during lunch hours. The reception staff demonstrate a profound lack of empathy and professional communication skills, seemingly untrained in addressing patients' individual requirements. Moreover, for someone battling depression or experiencing suicidal thoughts, mustering the courage to seek help is incredibly challenging. To then be dismissed by an impersonal computer system and abruptly disconnected could potentially be the devastating trigger that pushes vulnerable individuals towards tragedy. Even a simple queuing system that assures callers they'll eventually speak with someone would be a significant improvement. On a positive note, Dr. Armed and Dr. Roberts are exceptional healthcare professionals.

The service is utterly abysmal. They intentionally overcomplicate every single process and create unnecessary barriers. They flatly rejected providing a duplicate prescription document. My elderly mother, who is 72, is now extremely anxious about potential border complications while traveling internationally with medication previously prescribed by her doctor. Their customer care is deplorable - you're forced to spend an hour on hold just to speak with someone who ultimately tells you to physically visit their reception, complete paperwork, and then provides no clarity on processing time. They call this their "standard procedure," but it's frankly ridiculous. This organization deserves to be shut down completely. It's inconceivable that they would make obtaining personal medical records so difficult. Printing a prescription copy would take mere moments, yet they dramatically claim it's an intricate process that should have been initiated weeks earlier. I've wasted countless hours calling them on multiple days with zero resolution. Now my mother must risk traveling abroad without proper medication documentation. Their approach is fundamentally broken and shows utter disregard for patient needs.

I encountered receptionists who were incredibly intrusive and appeared to believe they possessed medical expertise. They seemed eager to probe into the details of my health and the purpose of my visit to the clinic. In my opinion, the interaction between a patient and a doctor should remain confidential. I felt no obligation to disclose my medical concerns to them at that moment or any other time. When I questioned their motivation for seeking such information, they claimed it would help the doctor address my issue more efficiently. However, that reasoning seems misguided, as only a trained medical professional with years of specialized education can truly interpret symptoms and make an accurate diagnosis.

Worst medical experience ever from disinterested doctors

I've encountered an utterly substandard general practice experience. The quality physicians have disappeared following this practice merger, leaving only three doctors. Scheduling ahead is impossible, forcing patients to frantically redial from 8am, sometimes wasting over thirty minutes just to connect. When I finally reached a doctor, they were unquestionably the most emotionally detached medical professional I've ever encountered. They made no attempt to inquire about my symptoms, simply declaring my blood tests normal and dismissing my concerns. Despite my plea for a more comprehensive discussion about my condition and its impact on my life, I was curtly informed that no further action would be taken. I was appalled that the doctor didn't even bother to ask about my specific experiences. The care was absolutely abysmal, clearly compromised by their critically low staffing levels.
