Terrible medical care and unprofessional staff nightmare
I sought out a specific physician today and was deeply disappointed by the substandard treatment. My son's medical condition has significantly worsened due to their negligence. The care I received was even worse than the basic guidance from the NHS 111 helpline. Despite having my son's written consent to advocate on his behalf during his illness, I was subjected to unprofessional behavior. The doctor shouted at me, hurled insults, accused me of being an overbearing parent, and even threatened to involve the police. Throughout this ordeal, the practice manager and GP collaborated to paint me as a troublemaker, all because I followed the proper complaints protocol. I want to make it absolutely clear that I am committed to pursuing this matter fully, ensuring they cannot continue to endanger and disregard patients' well-being. This is just the beginning of my fight. I will provide an update once the complaints process is complete.

The absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to medical care from this general practice - I'm genuinely baffled how they remain operational. I reached out during an urgent situation and was met with the unbelievable response that 'no doctors are available today due to isolation' ??!!! You claim to be a MEDICAL PRACTICE yet have zero medical professionals on hand!! It's truly shocking that I received more effective assistance through NHS 111, with the hospital ultimately treating me as an emergency after my condition deteriorated. This could have been a potentially fatal scenario, and this surgery demonstrated complete indifference. I sincerely hope I never again have to rely on their so-called services.

Terrible service for a pregnant patient with symptoms
I was advised by the receptionist to obtain an over-the-counter remedy and schedule a PCR test upon mentioning my yellow-green mucus production and being 36 weeks pregnant. My sole intention was to have a phone consultation with a general practitioner. I now regret not heeding the previous patient feedback before choosing this medical practice.

If I could rate lower than zero stars, I absolutely would. The surgical care here is abysmal, paired with completely incompetent general practitioners. I've been misdiagnosed at least three times this year, which has resulted in significant work absences, extended suffering, and considerable emotional strain. I have zero confidence in their medical approach - and I'm not exaggerating when I say you'd be better off going directly to the emergency room than consulting these doctors. They are utterly ineffective and seemingly unable to distinguish basic medical procedures. Their sole focus appears to be expediting patient interactions with minimal effort, prioritizing their own convenience over proper patient care.
