Check-in process is smooth and efficient. Despite minimal patients in the waiting area, the parking lot seemed unusually crowded. The typical 20-minute wait before seeing the physician was expected. The front desk staff was friendly, and the facility appeared well-maintained and tidy.

Unprofessional and careless postnatal checkup experience

I attended my six-week postpartum checkup following my cesarean delivery, and it was thoroughly underwhelming. The physician merely inquired about my recovery and the appearance of my surgical site, yet made no effort to physically examine the incision or conduct a proper assessment - a practice I find incredibly alarming, especially after such an extensive surgical procedure. (There could potentially be numerous undetected complications.) I am absolutely dissatisfied and consider this approach to be grossly irresponsible.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

The most abysmal surgical experience I've encountered. Communication is an absolute nightmare. Attempting to contact their office means enduring an excruciating, lengthy automated phone system that drags on for over a minute, forcing you to listen to the entire message before you can even press option 2 to reach reception. Even then, you're subjected to another insufferable automated greeting with a grating male voice announcing they have no available appointments. Their approach completely strips away any sense of human dignity.

this workplace, staffed by such apathetic and unwelcoming individuals, doesn't merit even a single star. For half a decade, I've encountered nothing but negative interactions here, and I'm now at my breaking point, ready to leave due to their intolerable conduct. It's shocking that people who interact with the public, seniors, and children can be so emotionally detached and callous. Terrible healthcare experience leaves patient frustrated and sick

Been sick for a fortnight, suffering from persistent cough, fever, and temperature fluctuations, the 111 service suggested calling emergency services. After medical checks, the ambulance recommended contacting my GP and then Cherrymead Surgery. Attempting to book an appointment proved impossible - no available slots. Called right after 8am the next day, still no appointment, and the third day was equally unsuccessful. This organization's incompetence is infuriating. I've paid national insurance for 17 years and rarely visited a doctor, yet now I'm losing work days without pay. All I require are antibiotics to combat this virus, but apparently nobody gives a damn. This healthcare system is a complete joke, and I'm seriously considering cancelling my NHS contribution as it's absolutely unacceptable.
