I'm truly impressed with this medical practice. The front desk personnel are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their telephone booking system is brilliantly designed, allowing patients to wait in a queue instead of repeatedly dialing, which is far more convenient. Every physician and nurse I've encountered demonstrates remarkable commitment and professionalism. During my father's illness, when I was providing home care, Dr Van de Moer was exceptionally supportive, making regular check-in calls to ensure our family's welfare. From my perspective, a general practitioner's role seems incredibly demanding, with constant pressure and potential burnout. Despite these challenges, the doctors here are intelligent, highly skilled, and passionately dedicated to patient care, all while navigating the complexities of our stretched healthcare system.

It's baffling who could possibly be praising this service, as their initial customer support is absolutely abysmal. They're perpetually unavailable, with zero ability to schedule appointments ahead of time. Requesting a simple phone consultation takes days, and submitting documents drags on for over a week. They consistently turn away potential clients, and their office always appears deserted when you attempt to visit.

Worst medical experience ever with dr king
Until recently, I had never required medical assistance. However, my experience with this surgery and Dr. King has been deeply disappointing. The lack of follow-up after my X-ray and misplaced MRI scans speaks volumes about the substandard care provided. Their negligence is truly remarkable. Despite understanding the challenges posed by the global pandemic, I have been attempting to obtain help from this surgery since November 19th. This morning's interaction with Dr. King was the final straw - a complete mockery of professional medical practice. I intend to file a comprehensive complaint, though I doubt it will make any difference. To make matters worse, I ultimately abandoned this abysmal surgery, which is undoubtedly the worst medical facility I have ever encountered. Adding insult to injury, I was forced to pay £25.00 during the COVID lockdown, and was required to pay in cash with no receipt - an absolutely unacceptable practice.

I've been a patient at this surgery for over 8 years and quickly realized private healthcare is the only way to get timely medical attention. The reception is nearly impossible to reach, with wait times of at least 40 minutes from 8am, and the only tolerable staff are the nurses. After a recent frustrating experience, I've decided to switch to another GP. I needed a form signed urgently, which I had requested over three weeks ago and emphasized the time-sensitive nature. I ended up paying £25 for a simple signature. When I called to check on its status, I was told the form wasn't ready and Dr. Fraser wasn't available that day. I pleaded for another doctor to sign it, but they insisted she was my assigned GP, despite me having barely met her. The whole situation is absurd and completely unprofessional. I deeply regret staying with this GP practice for so long.

Terrible breach of privacy and personal information
VIOLATION OF MY CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION. On November 16th, we personally delivered our family's 4 Registration Forms. The receptionist declined to accept them directly and instructed me to place them in a box. (She was managing the entrance door and pointed to the mailbox). Each form was approximately 15 pages long. We duplicated all our personal documentation including passports, utility bills, etc. (investing 2 hours compiling everything). Today, December 3rd, we called to inquire about our registration status, as we urgently need to travel to Europe and require a Covid pass. After a 20-minute conversation with the receptionist, we finally connected with Admin (whom we'd unsuccessfully attempted to reach in the previous week). Regrettably, they could not locate our registration forms. After 25 minutes of attempting to comprehend the situation, we became extremely frustrated. How could they potentially misplace PERSONAL, SENSITIVE information about myself and my children? Are the documents potentially still sitting in their mailbox after three weeks? ...clearly, we are now seeking an alternative GP, but the BREACH of my personal and private details is my primary concern, and I will immediately escalate this matter. Absolutely appalled!

Dangerous doctors nearly killed me at cherrymead surgery
I NEARLY LOST MY LIFE DUE TO DR KING/CHERRYMEAD SURGERY Their service is abysmal, and that's putting it mildly. In June 2021, I suffered a heart attack, and it was later revealed that I had critically high cholesterol levels since late 2018, which the doctors deliberately ignored, claiming I didn't meet their "criteria" and posed no risk. Had they performed their professional duties competently, I would have avoided this life-threatening cardiac event... do not rely on dr king or dr fraser, who consistently fabricate stories to protect themselves. Recently, I've been unable to schedule appointments through their app, as it has mysteriously been disconnected, effectively eliminating my access to GP services. I implore you, for the sake of your own well-being, to seek medical care elsewhere or immediately switch surgeries if you're currently registered with them. I was inches away from death because of their negligence!! I would assign zero stars if such an option existed

Terrible healthcare leads to costly private treatment
I'm relocating from my residence due to this medical facility's incompetence. Absolutely zero response for a fortnight!!! Premises completely inaccessible!!! Suffered persistent head pain for ten consecutive days, attempted daily contact for a week, yet never managed to connect with anyone. Eventually abandoned hope and sought private healthcare. Secured comprehensive spinal medical assessment, procedure, and intervention within a single week. Personally invested £9k. I firmly believe my original surgical provider should reimburse these expenses. Utterly abysmal, practically nonexistent patient care. This institution deserves complete shutdown and mandatory reimbursement of all government funding received for patient registration.

Terrible medical service that leaves patients frustrated
I initially relocated to this area from West London 11 years ago, and back then, the surgery was excellent with accessible appointments and responsive staff. Recent experience: Attempting to call from 8am, the message indicates they're overwhelmed and advise calling back later. Persistent attempts finally get me in the queue, but by 8:50am, all appointments are gone. Despite having multiple doctors and two floors, the inability to pre-book means all daily slots vanish instantly. This suggests they deliberately limit patient access, with seemingly empty rooms and part-time doctors not adequately covering their shifts. Previously: A private physiotherapist treated my severe shoulder pain when I couldn't see a doctor. The physio professionally recommended a steroid injection. After a 45-minute phone wait and walking around, I found staff casually chatting in both back and front offices. When I activated speakerphone to highlight my prolonged hold, they claimed staff training was the reason. I secured a 3pm doctor's appointment. The doctor agreed I needed an injection but couldn't administer it, directing me to reception. Anticipating reception's resistance, I explained my situation. They confirmed their standard process requires early morning emergency calls, which is impractical for working professionals like myself in London. Fortunately, my physiotherapist intervened by faxing them, and they subsequently contacted me. Though he recommended a sports clinic, I attempted to save NHS resources. The injection process was uncomfortable, involving multiple painful attempts. Like my neighbors, I'll eventually change doctors - a frustrating prospect given our proximity. It's absurd to drive past local surgeries to find one that will actually provide care. The lack of accountability in the UK healthcare system is disappointing, especially considering we fund these services through our taxes.

Worst medical center ever with impossible appointment system
Absolutely terrible service where securing a doctor's appointment is nearly impossible. They claim to open at 8 am, but you can only book between 8-10 am. When I called at 8:25 am, the receptionist informed me all slots were already taken - this is a recurring issue. Despite living in this area for over two years, I've never successfully managed to see my GP. Instead, I'm forced to visit minor injury services at Wycombe hospital or Wexham Park hospital's A&E just to receive medical attention. My recommendation is to seek out an alternative GP center where you can actually schedule and attend an appointment.

I've been a member of this practice for 12 months, and I still haven't managed to see a physician. Their appointment system requires same-day scheduling, which is incredibly frustrating. Despite calling precisely when they open for three consecutive days, I've been unable to book an appointment. The phone system continuously repeats "we're currently occupied, please try again later" - and I've attempted calling over 10 times daily. My experience has been extremely disheartening. It's clear they have no genuine concern for patients, and frankly, the staff seem unqualified for their roles 👎
