Terrible healthcare service that fails every patient

Nearly twelve months after my last commentary, this establishment remains unchanged... It's an absolute farce. The front desk personnel are discourteous, the triage team is incompetent, staff misplace documentation, they summon incorrect children for consultations, and communication is nonexistent. Their phone lines might as well be disconnected. They demonstrate zero concern for my child or addressing his requirements... The service is utterly appalling

Frustrating nurse visit with zero medical insight

I'm convinced I was assigned to a nurse rather than a doctor. The nurse appeared completely out of her depth regarding my hearing problems and casually recommended Specsavers for an earwax examination, even after I detailed my ongoing eustachian tube dysfunction and clarified there was no earwax issue. A proper general practitioner would have been better positioned to comprehend and evaluate my condition. To prevent further unproductive consultations, I request we be booked with a GP who has the appropriate expertise to address these medical concerns.

Absolutely terrible conduct towards patients. Complete lack of professional standards. My experience was truly awful. I was forced to wait for two excruciating hours just to get a prescription, and in the end, they failed to provide it despite the critical urgency of my situation.

Recently, this medical facility has deteriorated in its patient care, with systems that make doctor consultations nearly impossible. It truly merits zero rating. The morning receptionist on March 14, 2024, displays an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and refuses to schedule a medical appointment via telephone. Though I'm unaware of her name, I can certainly describe her dismissive communication style and unwillingness to assist patients. I implore the clinic's management to address this issue, as such conduct is inappropriate for healthcare staff. I'm left questioning the purpose of my tax contributions when healthcare providers seem unable to support patients, especially those with challenging circumstances. I sincerely hope the clinic will re-evaluate its approach and improve its treatment of patients.

If I could assign zero stars, this clinic would earn them. The receptionists are incredibly discourteous, displaying zero empathy or consideration for patients. They even dismiss elderly individuals seeking assistance with booking, coldly instructing them to use the mobile app. I witnessed an older woman between 8-9am struggling with her phone, and she was simply told to return the following day. Additionally, I encountered a GP who was extremely hostile during a phone call, abruptly ending the conversation without allowing me to fully explain my concerns, concluding with an aggressive "OK BYE" before hanging up. This female GP, who sounded of Indian descent, was shockingly unprofessional and confrontational during our interaction. Rather than providing a sense of relief that medical help was available, her approach only heightened my anxiety and distress. To anyone reading this review, I desperately seek recommendations for a more compassionate and patient-centered healthcare provider than Child and Family Health Centre.

Terrible service and rude staff at this pharmacy

This establishment is an absolute disaster, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and care. The employees are incredibly discourteous, brazenly laughing directly at customers without any concern. I've been dealing with a prescription issue for over a month, where I was informed it was a "special prescription" requiring the doctor to contact my wife, supposedly by 12/10/2023. Despite repeated promises that the doctor would call "tomorrow," nothing ever happened. During my latest visit, a young woman from the office approached me with an extremely hostile and unprofessional attitude, essentially telling me to either leave or wait, insisting the doctor wouldn't address my lost prescription. After a heated confrontation, they finally processed the prescription. I absolutely cannot recommend this terrible medical facility to anyone - their service is appalling and their staff's conduct is unacceptable.
