Securing an appointment seems nearly impossible, and they display complete indifference to patient needs. It's clear their primary focus is on financial incentives, particularly vaccination-related funding. They'll inundate you with vaccination text messages because of monetary benefits, but when you require other medical assistance, you're left entirely unsupported and abandoned.

Why does this dreadful medical practice even exist? Everyone should stop visiting because until we collectively switch GP practices, this centre will remain operational with its abysmal service.... completely unacceptable staff working there, who show zero concern for patients and only care about financial gain. They are hands-down the most discourteous individuals I've ever encountered, and I sincerely hope they receive the same treatment they dish out to others. Getting an appointment is utterly impossible. I've been struggling with numerous unresolved health issues because whenever I insist on blood tests, the doctors flatly refuse. No one picks up the phone for nearly three-quarters of an hour. They insist you download a pointless app that somehow splits into two separate platforms and requires you to ask your GP to schedule an appointment. It's incredibly user-hostile, forcing you to repeatedly log in just to read their messages. And even if they respond, you'll remain unaware unless an email notification arrives. Absolutely ridiculous. I received an email indicating a reply on the app the next day.... The doctor apparently attempted to contact me twice (supposedly on the day I initially called). My phone was with me all day, yet nothing appeared in the call logs. It seems far more effective to physically visit the surgery to arrange appointments. Moreover, the staff's demeanor is utterly deplorable.

BCG service is incredibly challenging here; steer clear of weekend centers. They advertise closing at 1 PM, but actually shut down at 11:30 AM. Their phone line is non-functional on Saturdays, making it impossible to contact them and explain my 10-minute delay. They flatly denied service to my daughter, leaving me utterly devastated. As a working mother, life is already overwhelming and exhausting. I rushed to my appointment, only to be completely turned away. I will absolutely never return or use their Saturday services again.

Steer clear of this physician (appears cordial but is manipulative) Incorrectly assessed my relative displaying stomach cancer indicators and prescribed omeprozole, declining to order necessary diagnostic tests promptly. As a result, my family member has now progressed to stage 4 colon cancer. The Child and Family Centre requires serious oversight; they resort to intimidation by threatening police intervention when patients persistently request additional medical examinations during appointments. Always champion your own health, because ultimately, you'll be the one experiencing sleepless nights around 3-4am, writhing in anguish and tears, while the medical professionals return home without personal health concerns.

Terrible gp failed to support my eating disorder
If I could award no rating at all, I would. This is undoubtedly the most incompetent general practice I've encountered. Living with anorexia since adolescence and having undergone multiple hospitalizations, I expected better care. Upon registering with this practice, they consistently neglected to maintain my medical documentation and showed zero interest in understanding my background. When I experienced a severe relapse that forced me to stop working, I sought support, only to be dismissively told by a GP that physical health monitoring was unnecessary and routine blood tests were pointless, despite my ongoing purging and food restriction. After transferring to another practice, I discovered no record of my diagnosis, previous treatments, or medical history from my former GP. This clinic allowed me to completely slip through their care system. Throughout five years of registration, I was granted merely a few appointments, and my serious medical condition was perpetually overlooked and disregarded. The level of medical neglect is absolutely appalling and unacceptable.

Is there actually anyone staffing this general practice? They seem to answer calls only when it suits them. It's unclear why they even offer a callback option since they consistently fail to follow through, or if they do attempt to reach out, the phone barely rings once before cutting off, preventing any chance of connecting.
