Attempting to schedule an appointment means enduring an interminable phone wait, typically lasting nearly 60 minutes, which invariably results in hanging up because no staff member ever responds. It's incredibly frustrating, particularly when you're genuinely concerned about your medical needs. At this point, shutting down the entire operation might actually be the most sensible solution.

Terrible testing experience with life-threatening delay
I've been anxiously anticipating my swab test results, and when I called to inquire, I was told I hadn't completed the test. My discomfort is intensifying by the minute. I absolutely cannot suggest this experience to anyone. The waiting is so excruciating that it feels like you could potentially perish before receiving any information.

The front desk staff were completely unhelpful. They completely ignored my letter marked as "urgent" and refused to schedule an appointment despite my visibly inflamed, red eye. At the very least, they could have informed me they had no eye specialist available, but instead they acted like I was wasting their time. I was forced to seek medical attention elsewhere on my own. This practice is an absolute embarrassment and a misuse of healthcare resources.

Getting an appointment for my daughter with the therapist was already a challenging process, and then on the scheduled day, they cancel and suggest a phone consultation. During the call, they acknowledge that an in-person session is necessary, which was the original requirement, and promise to find someone to contact me with a new appointment within weeks. After patiently waiting two weeks, I called their number and was given an appointment with a wait time of one and a half months. I'm genuinely frustrated and skeptical about whether they will even follow through with this appointment.
