The warmth and professionalism shine through from the front desk team to the incredible diabetic nurse Ciara, and Doctors Akhtar and Singh - they've all been incredibly supportive and caring during my visits. When I required some ongoing medication in a hurry, the reception team stepped up brilliantly. They processed my request swiftly, and my prescription was dispatched to my local pharmacy within hours. I've also noticed the telephone staff seem more competent and responsive than before. Simply wonderful!

My recent consultation with Dr Mimhas last Saturday was outstanding. He demonstrated remarkable patience and provided a comprehensive explanation of my medical situation. Having been associated with this practice for over five decades, I can confidently say this is the most positive encounter I've experienced, especially considering the loss of skilled physicians during the COVID pandemic. I would unequivocally give him a perfect rating. I sincerely wish he could become my primary care physician, as I've been without a GP since the pandemic began.
