I went to a walk-in flu shot clinic without scheduling ahead. The personnel were incredibly friendly and professional, guiding patients methodically to one of three designated vaccination areas. The nurse inquired about my preferred arm for the injection and, after carefully cleaning the skin, administered the vaccine with great care. The entire process was smooth and considerate. The staff provided exceptional service and attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. My sincere appreciation goes to Chilton House for their outstanding care.
