I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this medical practice. During our initial consultation, Dr Szyszko inserted her bare, unwashed finger into my unvaccinated 6-week-old's mouth without seeking consent or wearing gloves - a serious breach of infection control protocols. She had been typing on her computer while walking through hallways and touching various door handles before this incident. This practice absolutely warrants reporting to the Care Quality Commission! Additionally, they were consistently slow in processing referrals, forcing me to spend countless hours following up myself. While I understand the immense pressures facing the NHS and general practices, patient care should always remain the top priority. The basic act of hand washing isn't complicated. The sole reason I'm not giving a single star is that I later saw another GP regarding a wrist issue who was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but she genuinely deserves a 5-star rating on her own merits.

The elevator is a wonderful addition, especially beneficial for individuals with mobility challenges and families with young children. The reception staff have notably improved; previously they seemed less welcoming, but a potential staff reorganization has made a significant difference. The nursing team is exceptional, with Nicky and another nurse (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) being particularly outstanding. They ensure patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visits. Naturally, appointment availability can be challenging, and we must remember these doctors are human, not machines. However, it would be ideal if they could implement a system for emergency consultations. Thank you all, your efforts are truly appreciated.

She incorrectly prescribed a medication that triggered an allergic reaction in my six-week-old infant through breastfeeding, forcing us to seek emergency medical attention at the hospital. After receiving treatment, we were instructed to collect a urine sample at home and deliver it to the GP along with the hospital documentation for immediate testing. Shockingly, she refused and insisted on postponing the test until Monday—a completely unacceptable response. I am resolute in filing a formal complaint and will definitively change healthcare providers as soon as possible. Moreover, this isn't an isolated incident; she has consistently been challenging with prescription management, and I have never felt confident in her medical judgment or diagnostic capabilities.

Initially, I had a telephone consultation, which was followed by an in-person visit. Dr. Szyszko impressed me with his warm demeanor and professional expertise, for which I am truly appreciative. Due to a knee injury, I needed to use the building's elevator. Unfortunately, the lift's operation is far from user-friendly. The doors require manual pulling and pushing, and one must continuously hold down the button to maintain the elevator's movement. During a subsequent visit, I consulted with Dr. Emily Lister, who was equally wonderful. Her approach is characterized by genuine empathy and attentiveness, making patients feel truly heard and understood.
