Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Absolutely Undeserving of Even a Single Star! My encounter with this medical facility was nothing short of disastrous. The examination environment was shockingly inadequate, forcing me to be examined on a kitchen counter barely covered with blue roll - a scenario that screamed unprofessionalism and lack of basic medical standards. Dr. U. Kanna's consultation was appallingly inappropriate. Despite my arriving with a specific health concern, she obstinately pushed for unrelated testing and attempted to prescribe medication completely irrelevant to my condition - something I, as a healthcare professional, found deeply troubling. Her approach was not just misguided but potentially dangerous. When I sought a second opinion, I was bluntly shut down with the dismissive statement, "not in this surgery," which demonstrated a complete lack of patient care. Subsequently, another GP who reviewed Dr. Kanna's notes confirmed my suspicions, finding her documentation confusing and questionable. The entire experience was a comprehensive display of medical negligence and unprofessionalism. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I recommend avoiding this practice.

Terrible service that left me frustrated and helpless

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Their staff display zero compassion and have significant language barriers that immediately create communication difficulties. As someone currently battling COVID and needing a prescription for an asthma inhaler I haven't required in years, I found their approach completely unhelpful. The receptionist was rigid and dismissive, repeatedly instructing me to call during extremely narrow time windows between 8am-8:30am and 11:30am-12pm, seemingly oblivious that sick individuals struggle to make such precise calls. When I attempted to call during their specified time, I was met with an automated message about full phone lines, effectively blocking access. Upon speaking directly with the receptionist to seek alternative solutions, instead of assistance, I was met with more frustration. The staff member's response was to suggest I could seek services elsewhere if unsatisfied, which only escalated my anger. The conversation became so aggravating that I was forced to end the call. Once I've recovered from COVID, I will definitely be changing my healthcare provider without hesitation.

Terrible healthcare with zero patient compassion

I've been a patient at this medical practice since July, and throughout my time here, I've consistently experienced subpar assistance from the reception staff. The level of customer and patient service is exceptionally poor, with communication being particularly abysmal. In my entire life, I've never encountered a more inadequate GP practice. As a 38-week pregnant woman, I've found their approach to be entirely inconsiderate. During my last visit, I witnessed a distressing scene where an elderly woman was in tears, her arm covered in blood due to a nurse's incompetent blood drawing technique. Without a doubt, I will be switching to a different GP practice immediately after giving birth.

Terrible doctor with zero medical competence avoid now

Absolute worst general practitioner I've ever encountered. Their medical competence is non-existent, and I'm baffled how they even obtained a medical degree. Frustrating adhd care at church lane surgery

Over the past few years of utilizing Church Lane Surgery's services for my ADHD, I've predominantly encountered significant challenges. A shared care agreement between my psychiatrist and GP was established to manage my essential daily medication. However, annually following my review, there have been consistent failures: either not updating my medication as per psychiatric advice or withholding prescriptions due to administrative errors. Last year, I was compelled to repeatedly chase the GP a month after the review letter was sent, and only after numerous attempts did they finally locate the correspondence. This year presents an identical scenario. My medication remains unchanged, more than a month after the review letter's transmission. Upon calling the on-duty doctor seeking clarification, I was abruptly dismissed without any attempt to address the persistent issue. Being told the service was exclusively for emergencies felt particularly frustrating, especially given my historical experiences. I had assumed 999 and 111 existed precisely for such situations. My gratitude goes to Dr. Saba for her exceptional approach of raising her voice at me while providing absolutely no assistance. Waiting two weeks for an appointment was my absolute last preference. Yet, I've become accustomed to rationing my medication - a circumstance that should never have been necessary in the first place.
