I went to this medical facility for a cervical screening, and the procedure was performed by Nurse Patel. I found the overall experience to be very pleasant. The only bright spots are the excellent doctors and nurses, along with Vandana at reception who consistently demonstrates professionalism and helpfulness. This is the most terrible general practice I've encountered since residing in London. They exhibit blatant racial discrimination. Their service appears exclusively catered to Indian patients. They might as well declare on their website that this practice is solely for Indian individuals! The receptionist's conduct is shockingly disrespectful, and the standard response of no available appointments is infuriating. If you lack sufficient medical staff, why operate a practice and continue accepting new patient registrations? Show some respect for people's healthcare needs! I am completely let down by this abhorrent medical practice!! The NHS leadership must urgently address and investigate such unacceptable general practices!!

Throughout my 12-year residence in this neighborhood, their performance has been consistently subpar. If you're hoping for quality service, I strongly advise seeking alternatives. The front desk staff are completely incompetent, displaying both discourteous and discriminatory behavior. The most absurd part is their phone strategy of answering and immediately disconnecting calls to discourage further communication. This facility is so poorly managed that it hardly qualifies as a medical practice by any reasonable standard.

Absolutely the most terrible medical practice I've encountered... The reception staff at the front desk lack even basic English communication skills and resort to yelling at patients trying to schedule appointments. Nobody contacts a GP's office for entertainment or to squander time; people are genuinely seeking medical attention for health concerns. I filed a complaint with the NHS, but predictably, no action was taken. We contribute our tax dollars to support healthcare services and aren't requesting anything complimentary...

The service here is absolutely terrible. I scheduled a doctor's appointment and arrived punctually, only to be informed by the receptionist that the wait time would be 30 to 60 minutes - information they conveniently omitted when I originally booked. I patiently waited for over an hour, but received no updates whatsoever. The staff demonstrates complete disregard for patients' time, acting with total indifference and showing zero respect for those waiting. This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever encountered. Absolutely the worst surgical practice!!!!!!!!

Terrible medical experience with unhelpful staff
This surgical experience was absolutely terrible. The staff demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and show no respect for patients, especially those who are unwell. Even in critical emergency situations, they prove utterly unhelpful. Their phone wait times exceed an hour, and after finally getting through, you receive no meaningful assistance. I tried scheduling an appointment for my sick one-year-old daughter, but they were completely unable to provide access to a doctor. Both the medical personnel and administrative staff seem solely focused on collecting a paycheck, with zero genuine concern for patients' needs. Their surgical performance is shockingly substandard.
