Contrary to other reviews, my personal experience differs. I recommend consulting Dr. P. Bala, and once you meet him, your negative perceptions will dissipate. The reception staff are compassionate, respectful, and courteous. They assist within the scope of their assigned responsibilities. Consider the challenge of managing over 100 daily calls while maintaining patient queues. As for the doctors, I'm not qualified to critique their expertise - they are essentially lifesavers. Dr. P. Bala, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. A straightforward solution exists: if you're dissatisfied with the GP, simply seek an alternative. In my role as their caregiver, I've consistently experienced prompt and helpful responses from the entire staff, whether medical professionals or administrative personnel, whenever I communicate through the Patches system. Terrible customer service at this medical clinic
The administrative personnel display an extremely discourteous and disrespectful demeanor. They demonstrate zero willingness to engage with or address any health concerns and are completely unhelpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. Their sole apparent objective is to redirect patients to pharmacies to handle medical matters. The staff member in question was entirely uninterested in hearing about my specific health challenges and personal medical problems.

My interactions with the doctors have been pleasant, with them being attentive and compassionate. However, the administrative staff are incredibly discourteous and confrontational. As someone managing chronic medication for multiple spinal injuries, I'm forced to collect prescriptions weekly due to communication breakdowns. When I attempted to file a complaint, I was essentially told to seek care elsewhere. My simple request was to have my monthly medications properly arranged, but I've repeatedly received only partial prescriptions. I specifically inquired about the controlled portion of my medication, yet never received it. The inconsistent management of chronic medication is potentially hazardous, and when I raised this concern, I was met with frustration and dismissiveness. Worst customer service experience ever
The administrative and front desk personnel are incredibly unprofessional, moving at a frustratingly slow tempo. During our phone conversation, I was rudely interrupted and talked over while attempting to get information about a critical document I urgently needed from my doctor. Their complete disregard for customer concerns and time management is appalling. If the rating system allowed, I would assign them less than the minimum possible score.

Frustrating phone queue at medical practice nightmare
I'm perplexed by the phone system at this medical practice! While waiting with my daughter for our scheduled visit, the front desk staff were engaged in conversation at 8:15 am. Out of intrigue, I called the contact number and discovered I was 11th in line. (It seems even calling at 8:00 am puts you around 20th in the queue.) The entire process is completely incomprehensible to me. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm acutely aware of workplace pressures. I understand bookings are now managed through Anima, but I'm genuinely concerned about how the call queue progresses when no one appears to be answering calls or if there's some external call center handling inquiries!!!

The service here is absolutely dreadful. Their phone interactions show zero commitment to patient care, and their staff's attitude is incredibly disrespectful. I underwent facial surgery, yet my condition hasn't improved at all. They constantly rotate doctors, and when I request continuity with a specific physician, they claim that doctor isn't accessible and assign someone else. Additionally, they keep changing my medications arbitrarily. Even with my severe hand pain, I'm being forced to wait an entire month just to discuss my condition during a phone consultation.

Worst medical service i've ever experienced
Absolutely terrible service. It's completely ridiculous that we have to pay for such a subpar experience. When I attempted to transfer, the reception staff initially claimed it would take 10 days to register, but another employee managed to complete it in just 3 minutes. Their communication skills are abysmal - the receptionist responded with a confused "Huh?" when I was seeking assistance. I then met with a staff member to request a blood test, who directed me back to reception. The reception staff then told me I needed to call them. When I tried calling, the phone line was constantly busy. I resorted to filling out an online form and waited a week, sending daily reminders before someone finally contacted me. The doctor recommended a blood test, but I received no appointment confirmation. After spending 1.5 hours on hold, I eventually managed to book the test. The entire process is an absolute farce. Someone definitely needs to address these systemic issues. It's deeply disappointing to see such unprofessionalism and inefficiency, especially when you're paying for these services.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! The front desk staff are completely unhelpful and utterly miserable, failing miserably at their primary responsibility of providing quality patient care. Terrible healthcare failing patients with phone consultations
If I could give zero stars, I would. The medical service is utterly disgraceful. My mother is enduring severe leg issues - her general practitioner flatly refuses in-person consultations and misdiagnosed her through a telephone call. They then referred her to physiotherapy, who also conducted a remote consultation and scheduled an appointment two months down the line. She's completely incapacitated and her psychological well-being has plummeted, with the GP showing zero empathy. Even when you attempt to secure an emergency appointment, you're facing a 2-3 week waiting period. What's the point of accepting so many patients if you're fundamentally unable to provide adequate care?

I had initially been told it would take a week, and I had already confirmed that hospital records were sent to the practice when I dropped off the documents. Terrible service and frustrating appointment booking system
I've been reluctant to write a review, but the service at this GP practice is abysmal. Securing an appointment is an ongoing struggle. Slots are unavailable for at least two weeks, and they refuse bookings beyond that timeframe. Initially, you're left waiting over five minutes just to reach someone, only to be placed on hold again - utterly unprofessional. Patient needs are completely disregarded. I recall this practice being exceptional previously, but the service quality has dramatically deteriorated over time. They desperately require communication training and need to develop more empathy towards patients. Their online information is misleading; while it states opening hours as 8-6:30 on weekdays, staff actually confirmed an 8:30am start with inconsistent closing times. The service is completely unacceptable and demands significant improvement. I sincerely hope meaningful changes will be implemented. My frustration extends beyond personal experience to the many other patients registered here. It's disappointing that most people suffer silently without speaking up. The sole bright spots are Dr Bala and Dr Yoganendra, who seem to maintain a standard of care amidst this systemic dysfunction.

Terrible medical experience. The physician refused to check my child's temperature during the consultation, instead instructing me to purchase a thermometer and measure it myself. Completely unacceptable care!!!
