Terrible service and discriminatory reception staff

At the reception, the staff were incredibly discourteous. They initially refused my entry due to not wearing a mask, then after leaving me outside for 10 minutes, they eventually offered me one - causing me significant emotional distress. My swab test results came back inconclusive, and while hospital staff recommended I retake the test, my GP was unresponsive. The receptionist, Sudha, adamantly claimed it wasn't her responsibility to inform me about retesting. This led to a heated argument, which ultimately resulted in her practice manager apologizing for Sudha's unprofessional behavior and acknowledging their negligence in communication. The reception staff demonstrate clear ethnic bias. They are noticeably more helpful and accommodating to patients of Tamil or Sri Lankan backgrounds, conversing in their native language and providing exceptional service. However, when patients from different ethnic backgrounds are present, their customer service deteriorates dramatically. They become exceptionally rude, arrogant, and significantly less willing to assist. To improve this practice, management urgently needs to address and remove these biased, discriminatory reception staff!!!

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare

The staff at this medical practice are completely disorganized and incompetent. The receptionists are utterly clueless and seem to have no idea how to perform their basic job duties. I scheduled appointments for myself and my son with just a 10-minute gap between them, but when I arrived, they claimed I had only booked one appointment. I had been waiting for two weeks, and they failed to book an appointment for my son, then tried to blame me for their mistake. When I attempted to explain the reception's error to Dr. Bala, he accused me of being rude for criticizing his colleagues. Dr. Bala himself was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and appeared lazy. He should not be working in this role. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this medical practice entirely, as their lack of professionalism is shocking and unacceptable.

Inefficient and frustrating medical practice experience

Waiting times of 30-45 minutes are standard at this practice. It's puzzling why they schedule appointments so close together when each patient consultation actually takes around half an hour. Moreover, they're strict about punctuality - arrive just 10 minutes late, and you'll be turned away. This medical center's scheduling system is completely ridiculous.

Terrible medical experience with discriminatory staff

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I experienced deeply offensive and discriminatory treatment from a physician and a receptionist, who callously denied me essential care for my continuous, agonizing menstrual bleeding. Their unprofessional conduct severely exacerbated my already critical depression. Despite being mask-exempt, I was repeatedly harassed and threatened with removal for not wearing a face covering. They schedule appointments and promise to see you, but upon arrival, there's complete confusion and no record of your booking... TOTAL WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME

Horrible medical practice with terrible racist staff

Absolutely dreadful medical practice!!! Stay away. I'm relieved I switched providers. The front desk staff are incredibly disrespectful and discriminatory. They force you to wait on hold forever, and when they finally answer, they immediately hang up!!! The doctors might be acceptable, but the reception team is a complete disaster. It's appalling that management's solution is to tell patients to go elsewhere instead of addressing the underlying issues. They hire receptionists who either can't comprehend basic communication or deliberately act incompetent to avoid assisting patients. If you're not of a certain ethnicity, prepare to be treated like garbage at this practice!!!!

Terrible gp practice with poor patient care

I've been a patient at this surgery for around 6 years, and their services are woefully outdated. Their online capabilities are virtually non-existent, and the receptionist staff display clear bias, appearing unprofessional towards patients from different ethnic backgrounds. They consistently fail to listen when patients attempt to communicate their concerns. Their communication system is fundamentally flawed, with phone calls frequently not connecting to mobile devices, which is particularly problematic since all consultations are conducted via telephone. Despite advertising full-day operations, they do not guarantee GP availability on-site or by phone during their Thursday half-days. When my mother contracted COVID and urgently needed a GP referral, no doctors were accessible. I was forced to wait until after-hours to seek medical assistance, ultimately rushing her to A&E due to the critical nature of her condition. As a healthcare professional myself, I can definitively state that they fall drastically short of the fundamental standards required for delivering primary care services. Their approach is unprofessional, consistently unhelpful, and well below acceptable medical practice standards.

The front desk staff's attitude is appalling. Prior to the pandemic, scheduling was manageable, but now their telehealth approach is completely unprofessional. They claim to offer phone consultations yet consistently ignore patient preferences about contact methods. When they do call, their communication is dismissive and they show zero interest in actually hearing patient concerns.

Worst medical experience ever terrible doctor service

To tell the truth, this is the worst medical service I've ever experienced. The doctors seem completely disinterested, rushing through patient interactions and appearing eager to dismiss patients as quickly as possible. This approach is unacceptable and needs serious improvement, or else it will continue to negatively impact patient care. Persistent healthcare calls driving me absolutely crazy

These folks persistently ring me daily attempting to schedule my cervical screening, but I'm afraid I can't comprehend their language, which seems to be Hindi or something similar. I've already made arrangements to have the test done at home, not in the United Kingdom. Moreover, they recently contacted me to set up a blood test that was unilaterally determined by the physician without my input.
