Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
I cannot endorse this medical practice whatsoever. It deserves zero stars, not even one. The primary doctor demonstrates a complete lack of patient care, and even the other healthcare providers occasionally display rudeness. Don't even get me started on the front desk staff. Their behavior is absolutely atrocious, with zero semblance of human respect. This place desperately needs a complete transformation, like the character from Anniyan (2005).

Church lane surgery provides excellent care. Dr. Chandran is compassionate and kind, with a genuinely helpful approach. The entire staff is professional and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable and well-supported.

Terrible service with shocking racial discrimination
An utterly revolting establishment! The level of disrespect upon entering is completely unacceptable. The RACIST receptionist demonstrates blatant discrimination, completely disregarding white-skinned individuals while giving preferential treatment to Asian patients. These receptionists are incompetent and so incredibly discourteous that they have no business working in healthcare. I am absolutely shocked and appalled by their behavior - it's simply beyond comprehension.

I've consistently had an excellent experience with their staff, who are consistently courteous, accommodating, and the nursing team is particularly outstanding.
