When I telephone, the staff are often distracted and unhelpful, frequently making me wait for return calls. My long-standing doctor, Dr. Sawar, has been my primary physician, but the other doctors in the practice don't seem to take my medical concerns seriously enough. Fortunately, Pamma, who assists with my treatment at the surgery, is genuinely supportive and compassionate.

This surgery would merit 5 stars for the exceptional care delivered by the medical staff, especially Bernie, the nurse we frequently encounter. However, I've settled on 4 stars due to the unprofessional conduct of the front desk personnel. When collecting my son's medical documentation, I was instructed to complete a form and return after receiving a text notification of readiness. I returned the next day, Friday, December 6th, at 9 am, following the message. The receptionist, a young woman, wore a smirk while conversing with a male colleague. I presented the text message and explained my purpose for being there. After requesting my son's name and birth date, she abruptly advised me to return after 12 in the future, despite no such indication in the original text. Upon handing over the medical records, she did so without any semblance of professionalism, forcefully dropping them and my passport onto the desk. Her demeanor was thoroughly disappointing. If she finds her current role unsatisfactory, perhaps she should explore alternative career opportunities.

It's baffling how someone so uninterested can maintain a position in a healthcare setting where patient support should be paramount. I am now seriously contemplating submitting an official grievance against this medical practice, specifically due to this employee's unprofessional conduct. My goal is to ensure she is held accountable and removed from her current responsibilities.
