I went to a medical consultation due to unbearable discomfort, and the physician promised to recommend me to a specialist. After six weeks, no referral has been processed by the general practitioner, and I've been persistently following up. They now claim I require another doctor's appointment instead of simply sending the original referral. Some of the front desk personnel are inexcusably discourteous and hostile. Despite being a patient at this practice for nearly three decades, I'm seriously contemplating switching providers because I'm utterly exhausted from the continuous struggle to have my concerns acknowledged.

Cruel medical practice endangers disabled patient's health

Absolutely the most terrible general practice clinic in Sheldon. They inexplicably erased my disabled sister's medical records during a crucial time when she desperately needed urgent medical intervention, without any prior communication—no phone call, no letter, nothing. When I visited today, they callously informed me that she is no longer considered their patient. The clinic's management is shockingly incompetent, and I strongly advise anyone to think carefully before choosing to receive care here.

Dangerous delays put my diabetic son at risk

Terrible medical practice! My diabetic son sought an urgent consultation and was given a next-day slot, but we ultimately had to call emergency services. When I phoned the following day to cancel the appointment because he was hospitalized, the receptionist rudely interrogated me about how he originally secured the appointment. Her line of questioning was completely inappropriate and irrelevant - my son's life was at risk! This clinic consistently fails to provide timely care, and getting an appointment is practically impossible. Their service is absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible service destroyed my wife's medical care

I am responsible for my wife's care, and she requires medication every Monday. Each time I placed the prescription in the collection box, it would mysteriously vanish, forcing me to argue that I had indeed deposited it. This resulted in constant delays with my wife's medication, compelling me to repeatedly visit the badger clinic. We suspect a specific individual - whom I'll humorously refer to as Mrs. Trunchbowl - was deliberately causing these disappearances, particularly noticeable when she was working the desk. One day, when the surgery was empty, I spoke with a doctor, explained the situation, and they helpfully provided a month's prescription to prevent further issues. I was grateful and left. Then, shockingly, on Christmas Eve, we received a letter claiming my wife and I were being aggressive, which was completely untrue. The letter stated we were no longer welcome at the surgery, leaving my wife in the difficult position of finding a new doctor. I was absolutely furious about this treatment, to say the least.

Two weeks of waiting for a promised callback, and I'm completely disheartened by this entire healthcare experience. Being five months pregnant while simultaneously managing long-standing depression and anxiety, I've found the reception staff incredibly dismissive and demoralizing. Seriously, the front desk employees are incredibly unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining what's happening, they become defensive and make you feel like you're causing problems. I mean, all I want is to see a physician and avoid potentially serious health complications - there's no need for such an aggressive attitude.
