Incompetent doctors failed my daughter's medical care
It appears that getting a clear explanation about the mysterious lump developing on my daughter's head is an unreasonable request for these physicians. They excel at brushing patients aside and delaying answers month after month. Their current operational approach is truly disgraceful. There's one doctor in particular whom I would absolutely not entrust with the care of a pet, let alone a vulnerable child.

Terrible service worst medical experience ever
Completely worthless service - you'd have better luck at a local pharmacy. The staff here are incredibly unhelpful and only seem interested in pushing people to fill out online forms. The receptionists are essentially glorified security guards who refuse to assist unless everything is done through their preferred digital channel. Their attitude is dismissive and unprofessional, and they honestly deserve to be terminated for their lack of customer service.

Awful parking staff ruined our emotional medical visit
My mum and I visited today, and in our haste, she accidentally parked in a staff area. Upon leaving the appointment, where the doctor was wonderful, we discovered that a staff member had blocked our car and two others, despite an empty space being available the entire time. Notably, the only non-staff parking was designated for disabled individuals, which we deliberately avoided. When my mum inquired with the staff, she received minimal information. After speaking with upstairs personnel, a short man who seemed to strut around like he owned the place approached us with a facade of helpfulness. Once outside, he began berating us like misbehaving children about parking in a staff spot, which we were unaware of and which my mum had already profusely apologized for. My mum quickly became very emotional, especially given her recent loss of her brother and her past experiences with an abusive relationship. I was also feeling vulnerable, having just attended a mental health appointment. After enduring at least 5 minutes of lectures from what appeared to be a janitor, the staff member whose parking spot we had used and who had blocked our exit emerged. My mum attempted to apologize, but was met with equal aggression before the staff member drove away and the short man scurried back inside. I then had to comfort my mum, who is unaccustomed to such confrontational situations. The doctor was lovely, and that remains the sole reason I will continue to use this medical practice.

Terrible service and communication at this surgery
I've been associated with this surgery for 51 years, and it's absolutely the most terrible medical practice I've encountered. They consistently fail to contact patients as promised, and I recently received a letter from a consultant. When I called three weeks later to follow up, they casually mentioned they had the information for three weeks already. Their level of service is completely unacceptable and falls far short of professional standards.

Frustrating loss of convenient online booking
The medical staff and surgical procedure were excellent, but I'm truly frustrated by the removal of online appointment booking. Now, I'm forced to wait until the surgery opens and then endure a lengthy phone queue, just to schedule something that could have been accomplished with a simple click. Eliminating such a convenient feature seems completely counterproductive. UPDATE: There's no actual appointment scheduling system available online - only a messaging platform for sick notes and repeat prescriptions. The lack of ability to select appointment dates and times is disappointing. One of the key advantages of online booking was the flexibility to arrange appointments at any time, not just during restricted office hours when most people are working.

Compassionate volunteers saved our covid vaccine day
I accompanied my elderly father, who is almost 95, to receive his COVID vaccination on Saturday. The lines were incredibly long, and given his limited mobility, standing for more than a brief moment is challenging. The reception volunteers were exceptional, quickly providing a wheelchair and allowing us to skip the lengthy queues to get his shot. Their compassionate approach was truly top-notch, and without their assistance, we would have been forced to return home without him getting vaccinated. Their kindness meant the world to us. Most importantly, my Dad is now safeguarded with his booster vaccination.

Terrible service from church street medical practice
The administrative staff here are completely inadequate. With Christmas just around the corner and me being in my 60s, I still haven't received my Covid booster shot. While the rest of the United Kingdom is frantically vaccinating young adults, Church Street Medical has once again left me neglected and forgotten. Furthermore, I've never successfully secured an appointment with my general practitioner. In all the years she's supposedly been my doctor - approximately 12 - I've never even laid eyes on her, and she remains perpetually unavailable.

Frustrating vaccine delays at church street medical
As I approach my 60th birthday in a few months, I'm still waiting for my second COVID vaccine from Church Street Medical. It's July 1st 2021, and I'm increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication. Every time I call, they simply claim no vaccine is available and ask me to try again next week. Update: After persistent complaints, I finally received my second dose in mid-July. However, their booking system remained problematic. They claimed they wanted to schedule an appointment but couldn't generate one. Eventually, they suggested I try a walk-in clinic for over 18s. Through repeated attempts, I managed to book via the phone app. Now it's December 2021, and I'm 60 years old, still without a booster despite those in their 40s receiving theirs within three months. I've been waiting over five months now. I'm left wondering what possible explanation they could have this time.
