Patient feedback reveals a mixed experience across the practice. Clinical staff, nursing teams, and physicians consistently receive praise for their professionalism, responsiveness, and compassionate care. Appointment booking through both online and reception channels is generally described as efficient, and waiting times are often minimal. However, significant challenges emerge around parking facilities, which multiple patients identify as inadequate and frustrating, particularly given the practice serves three separate GP surgeries with limited non-disabled spaces.
Administrative processes present recurring concerns, including difficulties with online booking systems, extended delays in appointment access, and inconsistent communication from reception staff. Some patients report challenges scheduling appointments for administrative tasks, while others describe lengthy phone queues and inflexible booking windows. Communication breakdowns regarding procedural changes and follow-up care have also been noted, affecting patient reassurance and continuity of care.
Despite these operational challenges, many patients express strong confidence in the clinical quality of care received, with particular appreciation for the welcoming reception experience, nursing responsiveness, and the expertise demonstrated during consultations. The practice appears to deliver effective medical care, though administrative and facility improvements would enhance the overall patient experience.

Terrible clinic with frustrating service and long waits
Parking is a nightmare here. The average wait time exceeds 35 minutes, and I've frequently found myself waiting over an hour, forcing me to move my car and pay additional parking fees. The medical staff seem disinterested in listening to my concerns. Scheduling appointments is a complicated process, with limitations on addressing multiple health issues in a single visit. After two years of consistent visits, I was unexpectedly told it's my responsibility to see the same doctor, even though the practice never facilitates this. I've consulted more than 20 different physicians, and none appeared genuinely concerned about my health. Instead, they seem more focused on prescribing painkillers and pushing expensive supplements. Each consultation feels rushed, typically lasting no more than 5 minutes, despite consuming over an hour of my time with waiting and administrative procedures.

Unethical medical practice puts vulnerable patient at risk
I am absolutely appalled that after a medical professional recommended a flu shot for my daughter, whose premature infant has ongoing cardiac issues and a weakened immune system, the clinic's receptionist insisted she must pay privately for the vaccination. When I called to inquire about this, I was informed it was a management directive. How can an administrative manager have the authority to contradict and disregard a physician's professional medical guidance?

Excellent care marred by parking frustration
The medical practice is truly exceptional, with a committed team ensuring everything runs seamlessly and highly skilled physicians. However, the parking situation remains a significant frustration that both local authorities and property developers have neglected to resolve. I strongly believe patients should either receive complimentary parking or at least have the first two hours free, especially considering the challenges faced by those with mobility issues. A potential solution could involve converting the small grassy area near the playground into additional parking space to alleviate this ongoing problem.

Worst customer service ever for medical paperwork
The only term that captures this experience is appalling. I began working on job application documentation in February, and immediately encountered problems. My medical forms were mistakenly sent to an incorrect location, and then I learned they hadn't even properly processed the original paperwork, instead generating their own version. Now I'm attempting to schedule an appointment for a GP to complete the reissued forms. After enduring 20 minutes of unanswered phone ringing, I was dismissively told by the receptionist that they don't allocate appointments for paperwork. The receptionist's demeanor was absolutely unacceptable. Once I finally manage to get these forms completed, I will unquestionably be seeking healthcare services elsewhere.

Parking nightmare at this frustrating medical surgery
The parking situation here is absolutely abysmal. I'm astounded they've completely neglected parking facilities. Despite having an on-site pharmacy, patients must still navigate parking challenges just to collect repeat prescriptions. I encountered significant frustration trying to drop off my daughter's prescription, as the collection point is inconveniently located on the first floor, far from the main entrance - whoever designed this layout clearly wasn't thinking. I had to pay for parking and display a ticket for mere minutes, which is incredibly irritating 😡. The surgery desperately needs a ground-level prescription drop box near the entrance and a dedicated parking area for prescription collection. I'm genuinely concerned about how they'll manage when the nearby car park floods during winter, which happens regularly. This setup is guaranteed to create numerous disgruntled patients.

Poor!
Terrible parking design ruins healthcare accessibility
This recently constructed medical facility claims to be a specialized health center. Incredibly, there is absolutely no designated parking space for general practitioner patients, serving three separate GP practices, except for disabled parking spots. The closest parking option requires payment and involves an awkward, lengthy walk. Moreover, the adjacent hospital parking area is supervised by an attendant and prominently displays warnings explicitly prohibiting use by GP patients.
