Every interaction I have requires the receptionist to redirect me online, claiming they're "too busy and short-staffed" - it seems they've been programmed to say "can't help, go online." This morning, their website is down (for days now), so I called and was 24th in line. I requested a callback, waited 30 minutes, and when someone finally answered, they just wanted to send me a link to book online 🤦🏽♀️ When I suggested it would be more patient-friendly to simply book the appointment during our call - reducing steps, saving time, and avoiding unnecessary inconvenience - she refused, again citing being too busy and understaffed. I don't want to sound demanding, but this is incredibly frustrating. Booking an appointment should be straightforward and simple, not a complicated back-and-forth process. I remember when calling your doctor and getting an appointment was effortless. This morning felt like they were doing the absolute minimum: finding my details, sending a booking link, and making me do all the work - despite being directly available with their booking system open, after I'd already waited and called. It seems completely counterintuitive: A) Quickly fix your non-functional website B) When systems fail, make things convenient for sick patients and show genuine willingness to help C) Hire more staff to operate efficiently and reduce staff stress Rant complete 🙄✌🏼

The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional! After requesting assistance with a medical form she had printed, she became defensive and refused to help. When I attempted to discuss my concerns about the information provided, she immediately became hostile. Every time I tried to speak, she would interrupt and silence me, treating me like a child being scolded rather than a mature adult. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone who clearly lacks the interpersonal skills required for customer service. While the nurses and doctors have always been exceptional, this receptionist's consistently poor attitude has been a recurring issue. Her behavior is so problematic that I am seriously considering changing medical practices altogether.

Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare. My daughter has been struggling for nearly two weeks. They discourage phone calls, but she was concerned about her health and tried calling anyway. The receptionist was irritable and simply directed her to complete an online e-consult form. When she explained that the system repeatedly rejects her submission, stating the practice isn't currently accepting online requests, the frustration mounted. By 8:30 AM, all appointments are already fully booked, forcing patients to try again the next day. The service quality has been abysmal since Covid began. It seems the practice is content with their e-consult system, which conveniently eliminates appointment availability early on, leaving patients in the lurch. The online form is so poorly designed that patients often must select an inappropriate symptom category just to submit the form and potentially receive a callback.
