Caring doctor helps during challenging pandemic times

Connecting via phone was a bit challenging, which is understandable given the current global health situation.. everyone on staff is clearly putting in maximum effort :) Dr. Patel is an exceptional physician.. he personally returned my call and provided a comprehensive consultation, reducing the need for in-person visits, and the remote appointments were absolutely fantastic! Grateful to Dr. Patel and his wonderful team 👍

Terrible healthcare system failing patients everywhere

It's utterly disgraceful how a person's medical well-being can be jeopardized when doctors are unwilling to provide consultations! I've never encountered such a complete mockery of healthcare!! The National Health Service demonstrates absolutely no consideration for patients whatsoever! Heaven forbid my child requires hospitalization.. there should be a thorough investigation into this medical negligence..

Terrible service and complete waste of time

I reached out at 10:20 AM regarding an urgent medical matter and was assured a clinician would contact me within 1-2 hours. By 2:30 PM, I had heard nothing, so I called back after enduring a 10-minute wait to answer. I was then informed that a telephone consultation with the doctor had been scheduled for the following morning, without any prior communication or explanation to me. My entire morning was completely squandered waiting for a response that never came.!!!!!!

Terrible healthcare experience with frustrating nhs system

I find myself utterly disappointed with this medical practice. Their consultation booking system is completely non-functional, telephone wait times are excessingly long, and physicians are conducting remote assessments, only agreeing to in-person appointments if you're critically ill. This serves as a prime illustration of the healthcare system's profound shortcomings in this nation. It's no surprise that the UK's life expectancy lags behind other European countries, and I'm convinced the NHS plays a significant role in this decline. While some General Practitioners (though not all) demonstrate reasonable competence, and certain nurses are capable, others are decidedly subpar and should be steered clear of.
